Yes. No question.

I think Griffin, like Melo, can be your best player although he needs the right roster around. I like that Griffin keeps on adding to his game; last season he displayed a reliable midrange shot for the first time.
I think LAC's problem is the lack of good role players. They have Paul-Griffin then DeAndre and Redick but the rest is terrible. Got screwed by supposedly nice depth in Dudley, Hawes and Pierce, and the knuckleheads lottery also went wrong with Smith and Lance.
If they believe they can contend with Paul-Griffin, they might need to consider pawning off DeAndre for smaller pieces. Doing so this very season while cutting down salary in the process would also make them players in the next free agency. I'm sure there is a three way trade out there that nets the Clippers 75% of what DeAndre did, at least one extra good role player, one more asset and change.

I guess I would put it this way. I can't see the Clippers beating the Warriors, or the current Spurs, with Blake as their best player.

They are saying 4-6 weeks.

Sorry, carey. Didn't see it here when I posted. Looks like we both were posting around the same time.

No worries! Still no further details but I've been out all day.

He'd be #2 after Kevin Garnett.

Totally forgot he was still in the league...

Really? KG always struck me as being actually a little crazy.

Griffins a punk. The trade deadline is going to be realllllly interesting this year. Clippers have such a small window left, that they need to move all in. Rumors of CP3 and Griffin hating each other appear to be real and you can't overlook the 11-3 record LAC has without him. Griffin and Love appear to be on the block...hmmm
I'd give up pretty much any asset we have to get Griffin. I think he's underrated around the league. He was getting MVP talk last year and hasn't dropped off much.
Would you give up our 2016 first round draft pick among other assets to get Griffin? (I would.)

I would as well. For Cousins too.

I'd rather eat a turd sandwich than root for Blake or Boogie. That being said, I'd support any decision that gets the Suns a title.

Checked basketball-reference and it's only 8.

Na. He's a bitch. I remember a year or so ago several analysts predicted he'd be the best shooter in the league in a few years. Fucking hilarious.
I'd take Cousins over Blake.

It could be that I am just stupid, but again, I can't see a team winning a ring with Blake as their best player (unless the team is carefully crafted around him, which I doubt we can do). If it were possible, I would for Cousins, but only with a coach that can get through to him. I don't know who that is. Maybe JVG, but I don't think he wants to coach anymore.

I'd trade a lot to get Cousins because I think, despite all the friction he has had with coaches and management, that he's a good teammate that genuinely wants to win and wants to work. I'm not as high on Griffin because I think his game is ultimately too dependent on physicality and I just don't think his game is going to age well.
