Goodwin is averaging 42 minutes per game under Watson. He also scored 18 & 22 on 50% shooting. 2 good games or something more?

Again he is 21. And he seems like a guy that needs minutes to be effective. Meaning he can't play in 5 minute stretches and help you too much.

Weems was so bad tonight.

Also, Booker played almost the entire first half, other than a 30 second break before his banged knees with a Rockets player with one minute to go. That's too much for any player, let alone a 19 year old.

Good effort and a loss. The perfect tank.

Markieff's playing with a lot of effort and it's making me nervous. It's like he's trying to get us back to that 13th spot. It's like now that this year is sunk he's going after next year now  So that's why we have to trade him.

Weems 0-5 and 2 turnovers. He's amazing. His stats only say 2 but his play makes you feel like he was a part of so much more.

Dwight Howard is not worth nearly as much as he get's paid or the amount of fuss he get's from people. Why would any team look to acquire him right now? 4 pts and 1-4FT. He makes like a billion dollars. The Rockets rarely pass to him but when they do he develops an allergy to shooting.

I think the Rockets are pretty close to the Suns in the amount of disarray the franchise has. They just have better ownership. That team's a mess though.

The Rockets are a flawed team because their two star players are seriously flawed. The real Dwight Howard checked out a year ago or more and nobody noticed. Harden is not a #1 player on a team.

I wouldn't trade places with the Rockets. Jeez. We have so much more young talent and valuable assets, including future draft picks. Their team is essentially "built", whereas we are "rebuilding", and yet, we nearly beat them last night.

I think the future here is very bright. Curious to see what we'll do at the deadline.

Yep. Its not as miserable as it seems.

Young talent: Bledsoe, Knight, Len, Booker, Archie, and Warren.
Tradeable role players: Tele, Leuer, PJ, and maybe even Chandler.
Draft picks: All our own picks (this is important, look at Brooklyn and the Knicks), two future Miami picks, and the Cleveland pick this year.
And one big unknown commodity in Markieff Morris.

We don't have the hoard of picks like Boston and Philly but its not bad.

Oh, THAT song! Love it. Although I think that's just some generic theme song that can be licensed, isn't it? Pretty sure it was used by many teams in many cities over the years. Or am I confused?

(It's still an awesome song and I'd cheer if they brought it back.) :-)

If there's a way to do something wrong, this team has done it this year.

Actually, no. That's not the one that they were playing last night. So far, I can't find it on the internet. This one was from the 80s.

Woops. I assumed it was the same from the '90s. I didn't move to Phoenix until the Summer of '92 then I watched every game on Channel 45.

Yeah, I don't know when they stopped playing it. It used to be on Channel 45 back in the day.
