That's the idea. Mob rules.

They have these guys on tape saying how they plan to claim voter fraud and send alternate fake electors. It's really just down to whether they're going to bother to convict them for it. It's right out here in the open, the whole criminal scheme.

A Texas woman is facing federal charges for allegedly leaving death threats in a voicemail to the chambers of the judge presiding over former President Trump's D.C. criminal case on alleged efforts to overturn the 2020 election.

Prosecutors accuse Abigail Jo Shry, of Alvin, Texas, of leaving a racist message at U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan's chambers on Aug. 5 before "threatening to kill anyone who went after" Trump, "all people in the LGBTQ community," all Democrats in D.C., and a specific threat to kill Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-Texas), per a criminal complaint.

"You are in our sights, we want to kill you," Shry allegedly said in the message, per the complaint.

"If Trump doesn't get elected in 2024, we are coming to kill you, so tread lightly, b---h. ... You will be targeted personally, publicly, your family, all of it."

Constitutionally, yes the legislatures can choose the electors however they want. But since those state legislatures had already put laws in place, they could not just disregard the laws they had already passed.

However, not a single state legislature wanted to, or had enough votes to, appoint a new slate of electors. Thus, the most obvious crime: trying to get Pence to overthrow the states' certified electors and/or accept non-certified (fake) electors.

Wow, now they are moving to suspend the Georgia State senator who may have been involved in the scheme.

Maybe he will wait until Mexico pays for the wall and his tax audit finishes first before giving his irrefutable evidence of election fraud. Of it is so irrefutable maybe he should have shown this evidence earlier when it might have made a difference. Even if his evidence proves he won it doesn’t make any of the illegal stuff he’s being charged with go away.
