Gambo’s still ignoring the Fizdale report?
He essentially said today that he's not really a candidate. Hopes he can stick around on the staff.

I will never forgive Fizdale for "take that for data." If you are too old school to adapt to the way the game is played today, you're out.

I don’t think you know the context…people use that line against him like he hates analytics when he wasn’t talking about that at all. He was ranting about the spurs getting way more fts when his team was the one taking all the shots in the paint….so you’re holding something against him that isn’t what you think it is.

Stein says another round next week with 2 candidates meeting with Ishbia…doesn’t say which 2

Yeah Gambo floated that as a possibility yesterday, saying they might want to narrow it down to 2 or 3 candidates who would meet with Ishbia also, since Gregory has done all the interviewing so far.

Well Gambo said he was still trying to find out whether that was the case.

I guess Booker is giving input into the coaching search. I get that as a show of respect for our franchise player. But I hope they don't just let him pick a loosey goosey "player friendly" coach when it seems like we need a bit of a kick in the ass.

I hope the new coach gets Book to clean up that long beard he created this year along with getting rid of the donut he likes to wear.
What was the reason to get rid of Monty again? Oh yeah, that guy we drafted rather than Doncic.
