no. Essentially both pushed his way to Houston and made sure they got him for pennies.
What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton
Knew the propaganda from Gambo was coming because there's no other honest way to frame it than the Rockets got KD at a discount.
As for KD getting "picked on", give me a break, the entire team was picked on defensively last season. Comments like that make him sound like a SAS type clown.
KD didn’t get picked on, he was actually a pretty good defender when he wanted to be…though he was as big of a culprit as there was when it came to awful transition D…he never got back.

There's no way to move forward if you bring him back. You immediately set Ott up to fail, you delay the process, for what? You're giving whoever has your first and even better pick, you waste another year of Booker, it just didn't make any sense to let him expire.
Green is at least on a decent contract, definitely not untradable if they choose to go that route.
Just look at the current roster construction... Ott's already set up to fail. Your argument is moot. We're wasting time just keeping Book... we aren't winning anything with him, don't know what you're thinking the positive of keeping him is.
KD is a ho. He will always be the guy who has never taken any accountability for anything in his career aside from those titles when he joined the mega team, nothing else has ever been his fault. I hope he blows his another achilles.

That’s dark
I don't wish him Injury but otherwise no lies told. Asterisk treatment deserved. Horrible Sun tenure. It wasn't all his fault but he was a major part of the problem not the solution
I don't wish him injuries (not achilles , anyway). But I do hope he implodes the rockets team and end his career so bad he get dumped from the 15 best lists.
I keep seeing people put Ryan Dunn at PF. He is not a PF. He is a SF. Please, Suns, don’t ruin Dunn by making him play the 4, just because you traded for Dillon Brooks. Bench Brooks (and Green) if you have to.
I think it will be based on matchups. Some nights Brooks will take the 4, others it will be Dunn.
Motherfucker got angry at the Suns for trying to trade him without his permission and screwed the Suns hard. But that's all on the Suns. Just refuse to trade him and let him deal with a non-extension, risking injury or at least losing one of his last years.
But they should have been talking to him at the last deadline, just to avoid making him an enemy.
Regardless, Durant was a selfish douchebag who refused to play team ball, killing several coaches and dooming the Suns. His ego was more important than winning. He screwed up Booker's head.
I thought the Suns grossly overpaid and wasn't happy with the trade that brought him here. I didn't imagine that it would end up being this much of a disaster.

True. My spidey senses are telling me we are gonna draft Carter Bryant or Collin Murray-Boyles at 10 on Wednesday, with them probably playing most of the minutes at 4, with like you said before, Ryan and Brooks playing the 4 according to matchups as well. Even Oso too.
I think the plan with Ryan is to let him sit behind Brooks for this year with him let him develop a little more before taking a starting spot next year. Brooks will be expiring contract next season and I would imagine we’ll sell him off for draft assets or something like that.
Agreed on most of what has been said. But in Durant's defense I think it was the Beal trade that really hamstrung us. If we had either kept CP3 or traded him for another PG instead of a duplicate role with an untradable albatross of a contract we might have had the flexibility to fix some of the holes the team had. And we still have that huge contract. As far as what has been said about Durant blowing out his achilles, I wouldn't wish that on him either but I did think it.

Dunn already started the majority of our games last season. You can’t just bench him this season. For Dillon Brooks of all people. Ugh.
He needs plenty of playing time to develop. If anyone has earned a starting role it’s him.
