We don't value it. We value making money above all else.3rdside wrote: ↑Thu Dec 10, 2020 1:30 amThis might be good start:Mori Chu wrote: ↑Tue Dec 08, 2020 4:13 pmI don't know what we do to get out of this. You have people like drawls in this thread who spew these bogus links to sketchy web sites with info that has been thoroughly debunked all over the place. You try to show them the debunking, but they won't believe it because it comes from the Fake News Liberal Lamestream Media. They aren't willing to go Google things and read the fact-checking. They won't accept the rulings of courts of law that have looked at this stuff and dismissed it as having no merit. How can you break through? I don't think it is possible.

Getting Americans off religion another - religion seems to discourage critical thinking via the provision of an easy answer to everything - god - and also seems to encourage cult worship, the particular problem of trump. Taxing churches to begin this, maybe?
Critical thinking classes into the curriculum.
Better public schooling.
More effective social media censorship.
Some things to consider anyway.

I believe in God I want the truth and support a free America. I've lost family members and friends over my beliefs so there's no turning back for me. Yes I'm a Patriot.

This isn't about Republicans and Democrats guys this election is about good and evil. Have any of you heard of the Georgia Guidestones?

Re: 2020 Election Thread
I would say it is the other way around. Not enough focus on self, like personal accountability. Or the efforts to improve one-self. We focus on people we see in movies or on social media or in sports. But not enough on ourselves.
Unless you mean self in the sense of personal wealth. We do value that above almost anything. We typically don't care about what a person did to become wealthy--once they are wealthy we treat them with more respect than someone that is not. It is crazy.
Re: 2020 Election Thread
You should focus on reputable news sources--ones that actually publish data bound by ethics requirements which include independent fact checkers.

Another way to read this headline...
"Donald Trump did the *IMPOSSIBLE* and turned a *CENTURY* of election data against him ! ! !"
How is a president so awful that he rallies our highest turn-out ever in an incumbency election to vote against him?

So if it was CNN The (CORRUPT NEWS NETWORK) it would be official then right?

Re: 2020 Election Thread
It actually makes perfect sense that people would vote only Biden in battleground states and not red or blue states. Just the mere fact that it happened is not evidence that any fraud occurred. If you have a bunch of people who normally don’t vote, but are convinced to vote to vote out Trump, they may not bother with the rest of the ballot. And there’s really no motivation to do that in a state like Wyoming where Trump already has it locked up.

Re: 2020 Election Thread
My question for you drawls is why are these courts, many of which are predominantly conservative, throwing out all these cases of fraud? If any of these claims were actually legitimate and with evidence, these conservative courts would be jumping all over it.

Trump is pure evil. I am so relieved that he lost and we can get a real President back in the WH that chooses staff based on their expertise instead of blind loyalty.bIGDRAWLS0072 wrote: ↑Fri Dec 11, 2020 3:43 amThis isn't about Republicans and Democrats guys this election is about good and evil. Your sources of info come from places I have never heard of. All the mainstream media is fake but, you will listen to any never heard of site that makes claims you want to hear. I have no questions for you. There is no point. You live in an alternate facts reality.
In four years, you don’t have to vote again. We’ll have it fixed so good, you’re not gonna have to vote.

The corruption runs deep on both sides. The POTUS is cleaning house as we speak and Guantanamo is filling up fast.

And you know they brought the firing squad back right? Why would he do this if he didn't know he was going to win? Why is he still making all these peace deals with the middle east?

This is a sad display. I feel for you, drawls.

What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton
