Ws up 36-21 over Spurs so far. Spurs do seem to be actually trying. Hmm.

Saying we haven't hired anyone with experience vs saying we were outbid for someone is completely different.
Besides...Jay Wright doesn't have NBA experience, so how is that applicable to the conversation? If we hired him you could say the same thing. I'm not sticking up for Sarver either. He reminds me alot of The Dolphins owner (my fav football team) Stephen Ross, except I like Ross better because he leaves more to the Football guys. He just hires the wrong football guys.
I realize Wright is not an experienced NBA coach. There really are not many of them out there. But he does have plenty of experience coaching in a very competitive league. He has been working his way up the ranks for 30 years.
John MacLeod. Suns coach who took the '76 Suns to the NBA Finals.Indy wrote:CottonJCSunsfan wrote:He has no NBA experience at all. How many decent NBA coaches had no NBA experience at all first? Kinda resembles the old DBacks colors too.dragickingdom wrote:Wow, looks like Charlotte Hornets colors too...
The fact that he regularly wrote manifestos like this tells me many could have leaked it.carey wrote:http://basketball.realgm.com/wiretap/24 ... t-Of-76ers
Thoughts? I think Jerry C. definitely could have leaked it. He's very OG and I wouldn't put it passed him.
The only person who has claimed it was JC that leaked the letter was the guy who wrote a 13 page manifesto. I think it is much more likely that Hinkie leaked the letter himself.carey wrote:http://basketball.realgm.com/wiretap/24 ... t-Of-76ers
