What a bunch of salty prima donnas.
Re: 1st round playoffs thread
Really? Wow, I missed that. Pushing them away in what manner? As if to say, I don't need you? I don't get it.
Synchronicity and all that jazz, man.

Watch the youtube video I posted above.
Re: 1st round playoffs thread
I don't think that push means anything bad. They always kind of butt up against their teammates in some way; it was kind of a chest bump with his arms.
I do hate Harden, though. I hate the way he flops his head and arms to draw BS fouls every play. I hate how he hogs the ball. I hate how he doesn't try on defense. You can tell guys like Howard hate playing with him. I don't think a team can contend with such a selfish player as their #1 guy. He isn't going to get any better, either; he's already in his prime.

Whoa! That is weird. It's like they are upset that the series got extended and it's going to delay their trip to Cancun.Flagrant Fowl wrote:Watch the youtube video I posted above.

Re: Harden. I think he was pushing them away because there was still time left and he didn't want to celebrate yet. I wouldn't want him on the Suns more cause he is a ball-stopper and doesn't play D, not cause his attitude.
I hate to admit this, but I'm actually rooting for the Rockets in this series. It would be probably the greatest upset of all time, so why not?

“Kobe had said (after the play) I wasn’t hugged enough as a child,” Bell recalled. “My mom kind of found him after the instance and we had beat them and offered him a hug in the bowels of the Phoenix arena. She really feels a part of that story.”

Haha I saw the reaction. Dwight Howard and Harden hate each other so I'm not surprised.

Disgusting sight. Howard is gone anyway. NYK? They could use RoLo in a trade to balance out their roster. I think there will be at least three big men with recent contracts in play this summer, including Chandler. A number of competing teams could use them.Sunsfan4life wrote:Haha I saw the reaction. Does anyone want Howard on their team?

His agent will find a sucker for sure.

You're not the only one. My reasons are different, I'll root for every GSW opponent til its over. I cant stand living in the central valley in CA now, the bandwagon is real. Everyone and their Dubs gear, but nobody can name more than 3 players on their "favorite" team. Disgusting.Sunsfan4life wrote:Re: Harden. Re: 1st round playoffs thread
What aggravates me most about Harden's "game winner' is the egregious push off of Iggy before the shot as the refs swallowed their whistle. It was blatant as hell.
Go Suns!

I would take Harden. Key is finding the right point guard. But TJ would actually be a good player at the 3 for him, Mirza or Leuer at the 4 and Tyson at the 5. Better balance, TJ works well off the ball, two good stretch 4s, and a defensive center who won't bitch about shot attempts.

I'll prob root for them against the Clippers or OKC..and I'll root for ANYONE over Cleveland but their is something about GSW or the GSW hype machine that has me rooting for them not to win it again. I can't put my finger on it because I really like Steve Kerr and guys like Thompson,LB, even Draymond even though he is pretty cocky. I think you make a good point about the bandwagon. I live right outside of Philly and you'd be shocked at how many "sudden" warrior fans there are. I'm sure they were huge fans when Baron Davis and Stephen Jackson were there too.....right.TheOriginalOriginal wrote:You're not the only one. If they play the Spurs, I'll be rooting for the SA. There...I said it.

Re: 1st round playoffs thread
Haha agreed. But then again did you see the absolute takedown that the refs missed with Green on Beasley? NBA officiating is so horrible. The worst officials of any of the 4 major sports and it's because they ref plays differently based on the players who make them. Anyone see the 2 offensive fouls Lebron got away with vs the Pistons in game 1? SVG called him out on it and got fined. Random note: I have been really enjoying this site lately called "BBall Breakdown." They have former coaches who write detailed analyses about NBA teams, players, games, etc. They have a YouTube channel that is just great, full of 10-15 minute videos that dissect exactly how a game unfolded down the stretch with lots of replays and discussion. They have an article about Thibs and Minny today:

It is ridiculous. I feel great for the true fans*, but the people jumping on now, but couldn't be bothered 3 years ago can STFU.Sunsfan4life wrote:I'll prob root for them against the Clippers or OKC..and I'll root for ANYONE over Cleveland but their is something about GSW or the GSW hype machine that has me rooting for them not to win it again. *When I went to Cotton's memorial game, I sat right in front of a group of guys that were Warrior fans. They didn't care that the team was awful, and didn't have a single good player on it. They were there, cheering as loud as anyone I have ever heard. I am glad for those kind of fans. I hope to be them one day...
