This…. This is the joy and camaraderie we’ve missed when KD was here. It’s like he sucked the joy right out of the room. Great to see this and think this is the intangible stuff you need on teams. The green injury sucks but really loving this season so far and him being out could be a silver lining allowing us to see other lineups and how we adjust. Great win.AmareIsGod wrote: ↑Mon Nov 10, 2025 10:47 pmGreen looking good. Was awesome watching him active with the huddle and coach during every timeout.

Almost a wire to wire win, feels like forever since we've had that. We took care of business against a team we should've beaten and not only did we build a lead but we kept it so our starters got some rest. I didn't want to jinx anything yesterday but I felt like this was at best a 50/50 game last season, but was confident we'd handle the Pels with this group. We don't play down to the competition this year, we don't think we can just show up and win or think we're too cool to guard lesser players.
Not much you can say about Allen's performance except "wow". He was in a zone, we got him open looks and he knocked down just about everything he looked at. It was great to see the rest of the team recognize it and keep working to get him the ball. Everything stayed within the offense tho, it wasn't like he was ISOing or we were running many plays just for him. The ball found him.
The defense also didn't let up despite us being up by a lot. The Pelicans aren't any good but we still didn't give them much breathing room. Still went thru a dry spell in the 3rd but it really didn't matter. I really like the energy and defensive size and athleticism we have off our bench with guys like Goodwin and Dunn specifically. Dunn just gives us another dimension with his speed and athleticism. I get why Ott is going with shooters in the SL but Dunn really elevates things in a different way with his defense and ability to play above the rim. Hope CG's back is ok, would suck to lose him with how good he's been.
Really night and day between this team and what we've seen the past 2 seasons. The players know it even if they won't come out and specifically say it. KD and Beal were just major drags on the team and played like they didn't care. These guys care.

Man, this team is everything we could have hoped for. What a game. Yeah, the Pels are struggling with so many key guys out, but that's not the point. It was great to see the Suns didn't play down to the Pels level, and didn't let them back in the game.
At the beginning of the season, I said my biggest worry was that Ott would give too many minutes to Allen and O'Neale. lol It turns out that Ott knows better than I do.

Also forgot to mention Royce, who's maybe getting overlooked by Allen's hot shooting lately. He's been slinging too, 44% from 3, guarding bigger players and helping on the boards.

For Suns, one possession, 10 passes and a key trait in a surprising start

Rockets fans are on the same trip now because he was shooting with Jabari Smith during pregame.

This is definitely quite refreshing at the moment.
I got a msg this morning from a buddy wondering about his fantasy team and what's up with Booker's stat line....
Asking if he got injured or something?!?
For me to give him the answer that Nah it was a blowout and he didn't have to do/play much just had me smiling to myself
Let the good vibes continue
