Booker has not been playing well for the last 5 games. His shooting is off and he's leading the league in turnovers this year.
They're going to have a rough night against the good teams if he's not on.
Yeah definitely in a slump. The concern for me are the plays early in the game where he doesn’t get back or is ball watching even for a few seconds. Those are bad habits he picked up from KD. It’s not all the time but far too much for a franchise centerpiece with the max contract. I love his and his loyalty but if your want to be legendary I’m going to tell it like it is. Hoping he figures it out he is great for the city.

Another lazy Booker pass. Booker with another clank.

Booker is losing this game for us and should have lost the last game for us. He's playing God awful. I'm at a loss for words at this point.

Not fun to watch the Suns play in such lackluster fashion tonight, but splitting the back-to-back of Spurs and Rockets is totally fine with me. I'll take it. On to the next.

Rockets are defending him before the pass. He's clearly tired, and if we had Allen or anyone hitting 3s tonight it's a different story, but we don't have it.

Good move reset get the young’s some minutes. We get to see them 3 more times hopefully everyone full strength I want them with KD. I’m going to go replay this game on 2K26 see if I can do a little better. Happy Thanksgiving everyon.

Booker looks like a player who is physically outmatched and intimidated

The rockets literally threw 2, sometimes 3 players at Book each time he had the ball. Thats going to keep happening with these bigger teams, until you can make them pay. This is a game where you really miss Grayson and Jalen Green. Somebody that will punish the other team when they do that to Book. Brooks has been good but he doesn’t carry the offensive gravity that Green can. Or Grayson 3pt gravity.
Annoying loss but expected. Too many guys missing on a 2nd night of a back to back.
Really can’t wait to see a stretch of games where we are fully healthy.

Nothing to see here. The schedule and injuries caught up to us which was to be expected. I think the criticism of Book is kinda lame since he's been carrying us and is the focus of the defense every night. No one really popped last night. Even Dunn would've helped a lot just in defending Thompson. Would love to see him and Allen back on Wednesday to take some of the load off. Let them get their legs against the Kings before the Thunder, Nuggets and Lakers. We really don't get a breather schedule-wise until next week.

Doug Haller of the Athletic had a nice little write up about Dillon Brooks and the game although this one line pissed me off:
“Even without Durant, Houston built a 23-point lead. Brooks watched the final minutes from the bench, standing, wiping his face with a towel.”
Even without Durant? Come on, Haller, I expect better from you. How about even without starting center Mark Williams, Grayson Allen, Ryan Dunn, and Jalen Green, the Suns remained competitive throughout most of the game?
