That's too bad about Dillon Brooks. In general I support weed rights / legalization but I also don't think you should drive a car if you're baked on weed. He should know better. I don't understand why these guys making millions of dollars don't just pay a driver to take them places? Especially if they plan to get intoxicated and then drive.

I've got two questions. First is weed still not legal in AZ? Second doesn't the league have rules against it's usage?
And whether is is legal or not I agree you shouldn't be driving while blazed.

Uber/Lyft typically on the company’s dime too. Just an idiot.

It’s legal here. Driving while being high isn’t.

We’re fighting for a playoff spot. We don’t have time for Green to figure it out. He’s 14 games in since coming back from injury. I haven’t really seen anything from him that he does really good so far. Definitely think he’s holding back a little physically for fear of reaggravating his hamstring.

No rules against it for the league anymore…that changed with the last CBA

Brea 22 points today in the g league (2nd leading scorer for the valley suns ) , 6/12 from 3pt land.

Arizona is generally "weed friendly" for adults (21+) due to the legalization of recreational marijuana, allowing possession up to 1 ounce and home cultivation, but it's not a free-for-all;
public use is banned, employers can have drug-free policies, and there are taxes and specific rules.

Valley suns back at it today
Huntley with 28 points and 8
Brea with a disappointing 11 points in 2/9 3pts.
Huntley had 20 in the first half… I watched most of the 2nd half and they didn’t seem to be getting him the ball much.
About 10 games left in the g league season. Will be interesting to see if Huntley can continue his recent tear and if Brea can put it together. I hope Brea does because his shooting motion in 2k is a good one.
G league is not a great watch without rooks to follow. Being polite would say it’s a frenetic pace but there isnt much chance you’ll see motion offensive. Basically whoever is initialing the offence is about 80% likely to try and shoot or get the assist. Just feels like everyone wants to get there’s and having high scoring games helps to pad everyone stats for scouts.
Good Short interview here with valley suns head coach on the development of Brea, Fleming and maluach and the utilisation of the g league:

Seems like weird timing to do this, just after Green posts two good games in a row. To me it looks like he is finding his way and figuring it out. His shooting percentage is still a bit low, but if you look at the last two games I do think something is different. Green seems like he is calming down a bit and playing a bit more thoughtfully. And he's fitting in with the offense better.

Sure; we knew that when we traded for him. That's o; ne reason a lot of people didn't like the trade. Green is very flawed. I do think he will grow here; but he'll never be a super efficient or high iq player.

We have a high IQ coach to guide him. Book too. He's finally showing his explosiveness and that is something new for this team. Yes, bad timing on Olson's part. He had it all queued up but should have held it back after the last two showings.

I had the same thought. He probably had the article mostly completed before the last two games.
