I saw someone show the experience level by tier and the tier 3 refs had a much lower average experience…most of the female refs have lower experience too…it might just be an experience thing…there were a few female refs in tier 2

It's going to be a long offseason...

I don't care much for Kidd but wtf did he do to deserve this? They trade away their franchise player for nothing and sure they got the #1 pick last year (wink-wink) but you don't expect them to miss the playoffs this year?

I think it’s just the new GM wanting his own coach…Kidd is probably fine leaving…he’s still owed a ton of money.

Agreed. Still remember his press conference when they traded Luka, man looked like a zombie. Kidd probably was looking forward to this as it is an "honourable" exit that allows him to be seriously considered for openings.

I thought Kidd was doing a decent job; odd to fire him.

I've heard he wanted a promotion with a role int he front office. It's probably better to just fire him if he's dissatisfied after Nico blew up the team.

Kidd got fried, er fired, but he probably wanted out of that one horse town anyway.

Might be worth keeping an eye on Maluach with Masai in Dallas. I think there are ties there to Masai's involvement in African youth basketball. If Masai blows it up to rebuild around Flagg, what could Dallas give up for KM?

They still have Gafford and Lively…Gafford is whatever, but I think they’d have to be choosing Maluach over Lively…if they are worried about his health I could see that, but feel like Lively has proven a lot more so far than Maluach.
