Nick Johnson waived by Denver. Grab him quickly, Suns. We have the room for him.

Last I checked we had 15 already. We'd have to waive somebody. Do we really need another guard?Ring_Wanted wrote:Nick Johnson waived by Denver. Grab him quickly, Suns. We have the room for him.
Probably not. I think he's better than Goodwin though.Superbone wrote:Last I checked we had 15 already. We'd have to waive somebody. Do we really need another guard?Ring_Wanted wrote:Nick Johnson waived by Denver. Grab him quickly, Suns. We have the room for him.
We're down to 14 after cutting Henry Sims.Superbone wrote:Last I checked we had 15 already. We'd have to waive somebody. Do we really need another guard?Ring_Wanted wrote:Nick Johnson waived by Denver. Grab him quickly, Suns. We have the room for him.
OK, I wasn't aware of that cut. Thanks.Cap wrote:We're down to 14 after cutting Henry Sims.Superbone wrote:Last I checked we had 15 already. We'd have to waive somebody. I think he can become a competent 3D, evergy PG with the occasional scoring and highlight burst. Easily third PG material.Mori Chu wrote:I'm not sure that Nick Johnson is better than Goodwin. I know Archie has been disappointing, but he at least looks like he could be an NBA bench player. I'm not sure Nick Johnson has shown anything at the NBA level yet.
What a bummer. That kid was a talented college player that never could translate it to the pros. I'd rather pick up a guy like him than a guy like Cory Jefferson, who apparently has made the Suns final roster somehow.pickle wrote:perry jones was cut by boston...
But he can't shoot. He's a bricklayer. He gets hot once in a blue moon and uses this to justify a bunch of 2-for-12 type nights. Never thought he'd make it in the NBA.Ring_Wanted wrote:I think he can become a competent 3D, evergy PG with the occasional scoring and highlight burst. We got ourselves a poor man's Hakim Warrick.carey wrote:What a bummer. That kid was a talented college player that never could translate it to the pros. I'd rather pick up a guy like him than a guy like Cory Jefferson, who apparently has made the Suns final roster somehow.
Oh, man. You and I differ so far on that one. Price is a great locker room guy and great at working the other guys hard. Not only that, he has looked great in preseason. His shot is on and he runs the offense really well. No way I drop Price for him.Ring_Wanted wrote:Even if not a floor general, I'd take him over Price any day.
Seriously? Wow.TheOriginalOriginal wrote:RIP Flip.
Oh, gosh. I just saw. I thought they said he was going to be fine and that it was definitely treatable. Prayers for his family.TheOriginalOriginal wrote:RIP Flip.
