Big deal, we beat a Cousins-less Kings team. The Suns team last year won some games too.
You can't ship them out as benched guys. Even the Suns broadcasters are hinting/suggesting TJ should start over PJ. Be patient. We aren't winning anything this year, so let's figure out a way to get the best value out of PJ, Keef, and one of our PGs during the season.
You give them too much credit.

I hope you are wrong, but maybe not. I find it hard to believe that I know more than an entire organization that is focused on this.

Some interesting tidbits in this article about Marcus Morris by Coro: LINK
The Morris twins were notorious for not defending each other strongly in Suns practices - to the point that the coaches would avoid the matchup. They are extremely close to the point that they shared the same bank account, house and car while teamed in Phoenix for 2 ½ seasons.

When they faced each other in a Suns-Rockets game on March 18, 2012, they barely interacted during their 10 1/2 minutes of shared time except for Markieff rebounding a Marcus miss. Markieff's Suns won the game. but Marcus' Rockets outscored the Suns by one in their court time.

“I think it will be fine,” Suns coach Jeff Hornacek said of how Markieff will handle the game. “There will be probably mixed emotions out there. Hopefully, once they get on the court, you’re just playing basketball. That’s what we’ve always said about these guys.“

I wonder what will happen if Marcus tries to start something with suns players. Will be interesting to see the different reactions. I don't say this too much but please please win this game. I don't want to read his smug comments if they win

I wouldn't play Markieff tomorrow. At all.

I agree with the notion, but that would only cause a blow up. We just need to get rid of Markieff and wipe the slate clean.

Eh, they are sort of laying the ground work for it already. It was reported that Markieff was "sick" yesterday.

I think there's a lot of tension, more than anyone's letting on. I wouldn't be surprised if the coaches feel like Markeiff is coasting or taking plays off, breaking the offensive sets and taking bad shots. And they may indeed be setting him up to miss the game just to give the team a legit shot at winning.

I want Markieff to have 25 points and 9 rebounds against them, so that they trade us for him. Has to happen.

That's when your contract for Tyson Chandler really needs to pay off. If the players feel this as well, TC needs to get on Kieff. He's the only guy in the locker room with the personality and experience to do it.
“Kobe had said (after the play) I wasn’t hugged enough as a child,” Bell recalled. “My mom kind of found him after the instance and we had beat them and offered him a hug in the bowels of the Phoenix arena. She really feels a part of that story.”

There's only so much you can expect Tyson to do. He can't make Kieff play hard and it's not like he's going to beat him up or something.

...
"It was light," Marcus said of the boos. "It wasn't sh--. If it was in Detroit, it would have been better, louder. They don't even know what they are doing. They don't even know why they are booing. They are out there just booing me. It was trash. I thought it would be a little better than that."

Yeah. The fucker started off missing everything (good defense by Tucker) but then got it going and even hit a couple of daggers.

I was there and the boos were pretty loud the first half. But the game was so ugly and awful that people lost a bit of interest. And, as Ring said, he hit some daggers so that always quiets boos.

i didn't really have a lot of angst towards these guys compared to the rest of the board and maybe the fan-base as i really didn't follow the team that closely last year. heck, i even picked marcus morris up for my fantasy team. but my god he's an awful human being if he's being this petty. i'm glad svg is a veteran coach, but i'd hate to go to work with a guy like that on a nightly basis. i can't see the pistons or any team with their heads screwed on straight ever reuniting those two brothers again.
