Okay, but, even that should be completely legal. The moral panic about small amounts of weed possession is the real idiot part.
I'll get off my soapbox, but this is just a pet peeve of mine. Too many people have criminal records and have had their lives negatively impacted just for carrying around a tiny amount of this stuff at the wrong time. It's silly.
