While I watched a few minutes of a Rocket game the other night I realized the difference with not having KD anymore.

We surely miss his shooting, which is still incredible. However, when he does miss a shot, make a bad pass or a teammate makes a bad play he seems to just hesitate for a moment in disbelief. The current group just tries to make a play whether in be a rebound or getting their fanny back on defense. I expect that is what coach Ott demands while Book and Dillon set the tone on the court. If KD would still be here, Book would not be leading the band.

I wonder how we would be with KD still here and Ott as his coach. We would be missing Dillon but Green and Maluach have not played.

Would our record bet better, the same or worse?

Don't get me wrong, I love this team and I think we are now in good shape for the future. KD's addition to Houston does not appear to be going as great as it was projected to be. Talent is not always everything, but they should be very good in the playoffs.
The guys a freaking head case and can totally see where he kills a locker room with incessant pouting and sulking. I’m no professional mental health expert but have struggled with my own issues over the years and know medication can help that a lot. He has to be the most depressing person to be around and imagine the locker room walking on eggshells to not disturb “his greatness”, which in turn becomes a massive mental beat down to them having to come and pick up this dude whose leaps and bounds ahead of them in talent.

Thanks for the g-league update... it's cool to see the kids having good numbers and producing. Do you ever go to the games?

With the injuries to Green and Booker, no doubt we will see more of Bouyea back up with the "varsity" ...

Good to know. I did a google search on that topic and got conflicting results.

I think there was a time he was more of a real account, but the last couple years he turned into a troll. He is funny at times.

As for Booker…we will see. Biggest thing is gonna be the location of the sprain. If it got into the lower shin/high ankle…it could be 4-6 weeks. Of course depends on the severity as well. If it was lower in the ankle, I wouldn’t expect more than 2-3 weeks.
