Ennis showed some nice flashes. I'd be willing to ship out Bledsoe and IT for some bigs and let Dragic/Ennis (as backup) run the show.

*I certainly wouldn't know anything about it!

But yeah, it was me, assuming Cap's post about depression was serious, I just wanted to give him a good laugh.

And my apologies to ya, Supe, for making it seem like I was Claude The Spammer. I totally proxied my way into the site and un-banned my IP just now. My bad!

I got the call today, I'm in the training room getting ready for a try out and boy if everything works out, Robby's going to give me a ringaroo and I'll be there in no time hooting and tooting out there! Time to fix the paint, who's with me!!

Nah, I was going to give the new Claude (he looks friendly enough :)) a chance as he hadn't done anything wrong. I was attempting to ban the original spammer's (ClaudeRaf) IP address and I failed miserably.

Yeah, it was pretty cool to see Ennis do his thing. He seems like a legit PG, a ball distributor and floor leader. He's too good to be buried as the fourth PG on a rotation. We need to either trade him to a team that can play him, or remove the log jam in front of him.

Agreed! I enthusiastically endorse Option #2.

Count me as one in favor of moving the log jam instead of moving him. And as much as I hate to say it, if moving Green is needed to help clear the log jam, I am for that too. But of everyone in our back court, my preference is to keep Goran and Ennis at the 1, and Green at the 2. That is it.

At this point I think I agree. For our purposes, and in the belief that Tyler is the future at the 1, Dragic > Bledsoe.

And he is good as a 2. He could actually play with Ennis for short periods. Although I am not sure how that would play out on the defensive end...

It's tough because Bledsoe is so gifted when he wants to be. He just doesn't bring it every night. Or every other night.

The Clippers game was proof of that. When he's aggressive he's talented like nobody else on this team IMO. But 1 in 10 games isn't worthy of 70 million.

I'd really really want to never have to cheer for Isaiah Thomas again, but I'd be okay sending out Bledsoe in addition.

Green and Tucker are optimal trade assets, as now is the time to sell high on both. Green enjoyed a semi-breakout season last year and continues to do well (at times) he'll want more money next year for a new contract. Tucker is like JYD and will start to wear down in a year or two; he's at his ceiling as a player. I like both guys, but the team can't afford to play 10-12 guys a game and try to develop guys like Goodwin, TJ and Ennis.

And what the heck happened to the great relationship with the D league? Why can't Goodwin play there for a couple of weeks so he can get major minutes to develop?

I really question if the Suns have a plan other than "Let's play three small guards at once and run and shoot lots of 3s." Right now, leadership from coaching on up looks to be in disarray.

From coaching on up? Are you letting the players off the hook?

Cap, no, but the personnel and substitution patterns are coaching/management issues. It's ridiculously guard-heavy team. And they should be using the D-League to help draft choices that see limited or no minutes get some semblance of experience.
Lacking veteran player leadership, much falls on coaching. I'm not seeing a lot of growth or development; more like bad habits reinforced by lack of decision-making.
