Who wants the last shot? IT? Keef?

Seven seconds (or less) to conjure a game winner. Should be right up our alley!

It was to prevent teams from fouling Shaq before the ball is even pass in.

LB was called for one against Tony Parker in the final minute of game 1 of the 2007 playoff series. Stupid rule probably cost us that series.

Thanks Shaq.
You're combining a couple of different rules.

one is that a foul before the ball is inbounded is a two-shot foul. that doesn't matter what time of game it is.

the other is an intentional foul off the ball in the last two minutes, which keeps teams from fouling players like Dwight Howard, DeAndre Jordan or Miles Plumley away from the ball just to have them shoot free throws. It becomes one FT plus possession.

Not that I'm terribly confident about this team's ability to play D for 3.5 seconds.

Thats what I was trying to say. Gerald Green got free throws when he was fouled before the ball was inbounded.

If that was within the last two minutes he would have gotten two shots and the ball.

Its a stupid rule. Why does foul result in one thing during the last two minutes and not the rest of the game?

That's what happens when you let a team hang around and believe they're still a chance. It shouldn't come down to a last-second shot at home against the Bucks

Exactly. Another one where we can't execute down the stretch. We let them hang around all night. You don't shoot that many threes tonight.
