How the heck did we let Tyreke Evans almost single-handedly beat us? :-/

Close one. Air all by IT at the end. Sometimes you are the bug and sometimes the wind shield. Anthony Davis is one long guy. He's trouble.

Marcus with a tech. Kicks his leg out slightly on a jump shot and called for the offensive foul and didn't like it. Honecek asks the commentators if he did it and they said yes. Marcus comes to the sideline and Honecek gives him the business. Marcus seems to deny it, but Honecek points to the commentators and yells "They say you did!"

I am wondering why Hornacek didn't go with an offense/defense lineup sub pattern down the stretch when both teams were shooting a series of free throws and action was stopped frequently. Len in the post might have deterred some of those Evans layups. IT couldn't guard a potted plant.

I'm so bummed about this loss. It felt like a very winnable game. The possession that broke my heart was when Tyreke took a retarded 3-point bomb, barely grazed the basket, but then we let him get to the rebound first! Arrrrgh. No excuse for that. We were a step slow on that one and it may have cost us the game.

Evans layup that sealed it was scored on Bledsoe.

I don't really know what to make of Bledsoe this year. His numbers are pretty decent, but some games he kind of fails the eye test. He coughs up the ball too much; he isn't quite the rabid defender that he's supposed to be. I wonder if he is totally 100% after his past injuries? It would not surprise me to see both Bledsoe and Dragic have better seasons next year simply from having healthier legs and more energy going into the season.

I don't think Bledsoe's quite as tremendous a 1-on-1 defender as some make him out to be. What he's great at is disruption - the rebounds, steals, blocks.

Bledsoe does play hard. Watching the D League gave me a greater appreciation for how hard our guys play. Goodness, that shit sucks.

D-League games are complete chaos. It's just a bunch of guys running around doing their own thing. I don't think it's very helpful to even send guys down there, other than just giving them some run in a basketball game setting.
