I'm awake, couldn't sleep because of the draft. What's the contract situation with Pek? Love this move really only because for the opening it creates for Warren. He not just a poor defensive rebounder, he is one of the worst defensive rebounders in recent memory. Just for the record...I think Bledsoe is a better overall player then Rubio. But getting #5 and Pek too makes the deal tip in Phoenix's favor...pretty heavily IMO.

Playing with Rubio has to be better for the development of the youngsters than playing with Bledsoe. That's what matters for us right now. Even if Bledsoe is the better overall player, Rubio is the better fit for our needs right now. Include Pek and the #5 pick, even in a weak draft, and this trade is a no-brainer.
