Suns News: Week 16 2/9-2/15
Re: Suns News: Week 16 2/9-2/15
Is Len's ankle injury more concerning than a simple ligament sprain? This would be bad news.
I thought I sprained my ankle once, when a dude I was playing basketball against purposely put his foot down so that I would step on it after jumping. I ended up having reconstructive and microfracture surgery.

I said the same thing about Gobert before his draft. I said he barely looked like a basketball player & was years away. Dude is already a monster. You never know how quickly some guys will develop with NBA coaching & conditioning.INFORMER wrote:No, I just like his potential as a unique role player.iLLmatic wrote: You have your guys don't you.
And to clarify, I'm just glad the Suns have a vested interest in developing. But I don't think he should be signed for next season. I think he a year or two away from being ready to be on a NBA roster.
Go Suns!

I was disappointed we were deprived of the Len/Gobert matchup last week. Oh well. We'll get more chances.carey wrote:I said the same thing about Gobert before his draft. I'd welcome Amare back. If just simply for the fact that we get to hear "AND 1" 10 times a game. haha.
I'll break my Amare jersey back out!

“Kobe had said (after the play) I wasn’t hugged enough as a child,” Bell recalled. “My mom kind of found him after the instance and we had beat them and offered him a hug in the bowels of the Phoenix arena. She really feels a part of that story.”

As long as it's not blood, I can deal with that. #AmericanHorrorStory:Freak ShowSunsfan4life wrote:I heard he baths in wine now....I actually just saw a piece on it on ESPN tonight haha.

What, Amare doesn't remind you of Dandy? haha.

Heard on Phoenix radio today that the Suns are 1-10 against the top 10 teams in the west in their last 11. The lone win was against Portland without LMA. We've been pretty awful.
Go Suns!

The Suns have already had 3 (!!) players wear 32 since Amare stopped wearing it and switched to #1: Taylor Griffin, Shaq, and currently Brandan Wright.

You don't think we are at the top of his list, or you don't think he is close to a buy out (or both)?Shabazz wrote:I don't think the Amare news is Legit.

He may get bought out. I don't think there's a ton of interest on either side.
At least not without us making a trade first.

Gross. Maybe I'm the looney one, but I think all three of your trades vastly underrate established talent and are vastly overrating little chumps that have never accomplished anything in the league and there's a reason they aren't playing much even on their shitty teams.
And I hate our team as is. But I'm not dumping Markieff Morris for 2nd round talent. He's a serviceable big man on a decent contract. That should net something.

Did you ever thump that mother fucker in the face down the road? What a son of a bitch. That's uncalled for, especially playing rec ball. We have careers outside of rec ball.In2ition wrote:Is Len's ankle injury more concerning than a simple ligament sprain? This would be bad news.

What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton
