Knicks released Brandon Jennings and might release DRose (as per Frank Isola).

Who is going to play PG with both Rose and Jennings gone?

It's got to be Melo. He is usually a ball stopper, so now he can initiate the offense. Taking a page from the Bucks with Giannis.

I guess they are entering the tank race and will sign some D-League guys or something. From what I can tell there's no other PG on their roster.

Ron Baker has played about half of his time as a PG.

That doesn't necessarily make him a good option, but he's an option.

If I was going to think up a name for an NBA journeyman, Ron Baker would be an excellent start.

You know what. If the Knicks tank and get an elite prospect their future suddenly looks really bright, even with Melo on the team.

They might still get one even if they don't tank. Right now, NBAdraft.net has them taking Frank Ntilikina, who they have rated with a 99 and is the international many of mystery this year at #9.

Does it? Outside of Zinger what do they have? I guess if you like Willie Hernangomez.

Embiid is odds-on favorite to win the Sam Bowie/Greg Oden Award for Center DNPs ...

Is this going to eliminate him from the ROY award?

This is an interesting article out of OKC about their new players adjusting to the rapid change of teams. A little peek into the traded NBA player's life.

3 seasons, 31 games played. That's Bill Walton territory!

Well, the competition isn't that great, so maybe not. Brogdon is the only other real serious candidate.

Philadelphia has had some crappy luck with high #1's -

2016 #1 - Ben Simmons - 0 games played
2015 #3 - Jahlil Okafor - Missed 29 games last year and they couldn't give him away at the trading deadline this year
2014 #3 - Joel Embiid - 31 games played in 3 years (will have missed 215 of 246 games)

Ouch.

You missed the stats for Nerlens Noel.

Yep, 24-year-old rookie Brogdon.
