Game Day - Summer League Edition: Suns (1-1) @ Bucks (0-2), Mon 7/13/26

Post by Superbone »

Time: 7:00 pm AZ (7:00 pm PT/10:00 pm ET)
Place: Pavilion, Las Vegas, NV
TV: Prime Video, AZFS

Here ya go, 'Bazz. Suns play the Bucks in Summer League action on Prime Video Monday night. (Also locally on AZFS.) Let's see if Maluach can continue his hot start. Plus, hopefully Peat continues to shine and Fleming finds courage. It would also be nice if Koby Brea could make a shot or two.

Go Suns!!!

Maluach looks like a stud early. Peat looks good as well.

Brea....still the opposite of that. Very disappointing. Had really high hopes for him

Hoiberg was a great facilitator in college. He needs minutes with the starters IMO because these other guards are really bad at it and their BB IQ seems very low. Nelson dried down twice in a row straight to the rim and got blocked both times Camper did the same a few possessions later. These guys are brutal.

Hoiberg looks to get others involved.

Koby Brea finally hit a three then almost immediately got dunked on. Baby steps

Hoiberg has had 2 really nice passes that lead to scores in the 2nd. Meanwhile all the other guards are struggling with any pass to the post.

Burries looks good. I was wondering if he'd make a good pro, and I think he's gonna be solid.

Peat looks good, man. He's got the aggressiveness you can't coach into someone.

Maluach and Peat show! Brea has made about 3 or 4 3's.
What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton

I love that about him. And he has great vision as well.

Peat and Maluach look like future starters for this team.

As much as I have been disappointed Fleming and Brea, I have extremely encouraged with both Peat and Man Man.

Better from Brea today. He needs to embrace his inner Landry Shamet.

I'm still very much onboard with Fleming, but I don't want to ever read/hear anyone talk about him being the "Suns Kawhi" again.
