Game Day: Suns (6-5) @ Pistons (3-8), Wed 11/19/14

Time: 5:30 pm Arizona (4:30 pm PT / 7:30 pm ET)
Place: Palace Of Auburn Hills, Detroit, MI
TV: FSAZ/NBALP

The Pistons are off to a rough start but the Suns can't let down their guard(s). Let's hope they come out again like in Boston and defend well from the get go. PJ should be back from suspension but I hope to see Warren continue to get time. I'd also like to see Len continue from where he left off in Boston as the Suns will need him against the Pistons' formidable frontcourt.

Go Suns!!!

At this point you'd almost think Len should be starting over Plumlee.

I think the actual starting line-up will be the last thing to change. Len will start getting more minutes than Plumlee, even if Plumlee starts. At some point, Plumlee will go out with an injury for a game or two and that's when Len will take over the starting role.

Pistons have been one of the league's big disappointments. I love SVG but this season makes it apparent that he's no miracle worker and can't just immediately turn a dud of a roster into a solid playoff team. Nevertheless, these guys are big and are generally a bad match for us inside. I hope we realize their utter lack of shooting and pack the paint so that they can't just beat us up down low all game, and then run like hell to outpace them on the offensive end.

Was he ever regarded as such? I think he's a fine coach, put in a tough position because of that frontcourt.

A lot of pundits and folks (though certainly not all) predicted that Detroit would improve a lot this year and would make the playoffs in the East under SVG.

They beat us in the palace last year I believe. They have the bigs to give us trouble and lots of it. The SVG/Jennings relationship has actually been going better then I expected after a rough start. Still I always thought Van Gundy was a bit of a micro manager...not a huge fan of his.

To the game...I can easily see the suns losing this one, but think they will carry the momentum of an exciting win in Boston over and if its close, I like our chances against a Piston team who seems to not know who there go to guy in crunch time is

Phoenix 95
Detroit 92

Bledsoe with an inhuman set of moves to get the layup among trees.

Plumlee getting his shit shoved in by that Pistons frontcourt. Mercifully, Hornacek just put Len in.

Bledsoe started off a little listless but looks more aggressive now. Has missed a few FT's, though.

TJ Warren has officially taken Tolliver's place in the lineup!!

All 3 of the fouls they've called on Len have been complete bullshit.

Warren just banked a running floater on the elbow from about 12 feet out like it was nothing. This kid is so skilled.

Pistons attacking the rim on every possession. Plumlee might as well be 6'5"

Suns bricking a lot of wide open shots. Gerald Green has zero interest in passing the ball this game, regardless of how many defenders he has.
