Time: 5:00 pm AZ (4:00 pm PT / 7:00 pm ET)
Place: Bankers Life Fieldhouse, Indianapolis, IN
TV: FSAZ/NBALP
We haven't won the second game of a back to back yet. I believe we're 0-3. The Pacers are well rested having not played since Wednesday. They have been playing well as of late and have won four out of the last five. This in spite of an injury riddled roster ( Paul Geroge, David West, Geroge Hill, and C.J. Watson all out; C.J. Miles questionable).
Go Suns!!!

Should have heard the Pacers announcer. He was impressed.

Len's getting to the point where he's showing us a little something new every game - that shot helped give away his gymnastic background, my gawd!

Think a combo of MJ & Green in a 7' 1" body laying it up - I've never seen a 7+ footer make a double-pump layup in the air before tonight.....

Hard to describe. Kind of an up and under high off the glass with the shot clock expiring.

Alright - worst the Suns can do on this trip is 4-2.
Is the lid coming off for Tolliver? He's got kind of a weak release, but he's made 6 of his last 15 tries from 3, good for 40%
I so wish Archie could get that jumper fixed - he could be hell as a defender, but when he gets run these days, there's usually nobody left to defend.
Not liking what I've seen from Bledsoe at all on this trip - sure, he got 9 boards and 5 assists tonight, but he helped get Phoenix off to its turnover fit to start the 2nd half (he had 6 TO's for the game) and he's played like he's just bored out of his mind. Not into the game at all except for a couple of short bursts, which, again, has been like that most of the road trip, if not the majority of the season thus far.
I've been skeptical of Green throughout his stint here, but damnit, he's made a hell of a case for keeping his spot in the rotation - 18 points in his first 9 minutes tonight. Wow.
Thomas? Man, you need to do one of two things : Either develop some peripheral vision or buy heavy coats for the rest of the team because you're freezing them out big time.
6 points, 5 boards and 4 steals for Len tonight, including perhaps the sickest layup I've ever seen from a 7+ foot player - as I said earlier, kid's getting to where he's showing us something new every game. Thought he was a bit flat-footed overall tonight, though.
A win is a win is a win.....

Wow, low turnout tonight. The team is on a roll. The competition helps but they're beating them like they should. It was nice to win a back-to-back for a change. Onto Toronto.
Steve Albert is doing everything he can to jinx IT's FT streak. I believe he's up to 46 or 48 in a row after tonight.

We're good enough to beat up on the EC teams but get exposed by the bigger WC teams. Toronto will be an interesting test. Good PG in Lowry (and a good matchup for Bleds), some solid athletic wings in Ross and DeRozan, a stretch 4 in Patterson and a legit big in JV. Amir Johnson could be a guy that gets a double double because he's a banger.

I know Lance Stephenson's act was getting old here, but I have to wonder if they would have made more of an attempt to re-sign him had George not gotten hurt. It's not like George doesn't have his own baggage.
There were people here who thought the Pacers would at least be playoff contenders this year, but man this is just a train-wreck of a team.

Sorry, I had to go to a dinner so I missed this one. Glad we didn't have a letdown game. Pacers are so, so bad. It makes me sad. I really wanted them to be great this year after Lebron left Miami. Can you imagine? They could have been the runaway #1 seed in the East right now if they had kept Lance and if George hadn't gotten injured. Poor Indiana.

Good post. Word on several points. Tolliver doesn't impress me but I'm glad he is still getting a few minutes to get more comfortable and hopefully his shot will start/keep falling. Green is a keeper. And Len is the most exciting thing about our team right now by far.
