I think we win this one. Len plays well against Deandre. Kieff matches up well with Blake. Reddick is one of the few 2 guards who doesn't have a size advantage over Goran. If our bench players can demonstrate their superior talent, we should win.

Can't stand the Clippers. Can't stand Blake, can't stand CP3, Crawford's cool, can't stand Matt Barnes. Not a fan of Doc Rivers, either. I hate losing to these guys so I'd prefer that we didn't.
It'd be nice to get a win against the Clips on my birthday.

Last week, Bledsoe averaged 25 points, 7.7 rebounds, 7.3 assists and 2 steals per game.
Is it too much to ask for a 30-10-10-5 game?

You had me thinking about that for a bit because my initial reaction was, not this year. Then... possibly not ever. So I went to Basketball-Reference to see how common a triple double with those figures are, minimum 30 points, 10 rebs, & 10 assists. Well, it's happened 164 times in 51 years. The list is basically a who's who of great players and also Richard Jefferson. The only player on the list I had never heard of is a fellow named Michael Ray Richardson. He was drafted by the Knicks in '78 when I was 2. Looks like he was a good player, always averaging double figures and even over 20 ppg at age 29 for the Nets. Then he quit playing at age 30 after his 8th year. So of course I had to see why since I had a sinking suspicion (it being the 80's and all)..
In 1986, NBA commissioner David Stern banned Richardson for life after Richardson violated the league's drug policy three times. Richardson's right to play in the NBA was restored in 1988, but he failed two cocaine tests in 1991, though he disputed the results.
Anyways, sorry for my little tangent. No I don't think Bledsoe will give us a 30-10-10 game this year. He does rebound very well for his size. He had 3 games with 10 or more assists with the Clippers in 3 years, but he wasn't yet a starter. He's had 7 games with 10 or more assists as a Sun. One game he came really close, 27 points, 16 assists and 11 rebounds in that OT game against the Clippers in December. There was a 16/11/10 game as well.
For the record the Phoenix players to do it, Barkley twice, Nash, Kidd, Hornacek, and KJ twice. That's all.

Great post Carey.
Bledsoe likes to show the Clippers what they trade for Dudley. His first great game after his new contract came against them. So, if he is going to get that 30-10-10 line, this year, most likely will be against this guys.

Let's avenge that bullshit loss on Blake's lucky bounce 3 from earlier this season. We got this.

"The only player on the list I had never heard of is a fellow named Michael Ray Richardson."
Think 6-5 Magic Johnson with a better midrange game out of college. I was at NAU when Michael Ray was at University of Montana and saw him a number of times. He led UofM to a near upset of a Walton-led UCLA team in the NCAA regionals. Factoid: Richardson's coach at UofM was Jud Heathcote, who would later take a job at Michigan State, where he coached Magic Johnson.

Micheal Ray Richardson (it's Micheal, not Michael) was one of the guys in the 80s who was in the first wave of star players who had their careers ruined drugs, along with John Drew, Spencer Haywood, Eddie Johnson (the one from the Hawks who was the brother of Frank Johnson) John Lucas, David Thompson and Roy Tarpley. Bernard King, Walter Davis and Marques Johnson were nearly on that list too.
Richardson went from the Knicks to Golden State in a trade for Bernard King, then to New Jersey for Sleepy Floyd. After being banned by the NBA in 1986 he played in Italy and France until 2002. After retiring he became a coach in the CBA, and has been coaching minor league basketball in the US and Canada since.

I love watching Len on defense. I guess it is because we have been lacking that defensive big for such a long time.
