At least we're not paying 70m for Middelton (altho I like him) or 60m for Demarre F'n Carroll.

Hopefully it is truly settled.

I'd argue Middleton is the better deal. Similar #s but elite defense. I'm ok with the Knight deal too tho.

I really think this whole elite defender thing is getting blown out of proportion. The rules today dont really let you defend 1 on 1, its all rotational. I like Middelton, but he's not Kawhi, thats one of the few elite defenders.

Ask me again in two years and it might be more clear at that point.

It's hard to say. Dragic has a much longer track record of success and has stayed relatively healthy. We got a very limited taste of Knight towards the end of last season due to an unfortunate ankle injury. I'd really have to see how he does this season.

That being said, with age being a factor, Knight has the potential to quickly become a better value.

If you're playing Knight at the 2 next to Bledsoe, that is pretty easy to answer.

OT btw, i get why bledsoe tried to play hardball with the suns. dragic got paid! in my wildest dreams i couldnt imagine him getting 5/90.

(damian lillard is getting 5/120, lol.)

love the price for Knight... he got the same money that the Bucks gave Middleton.
