According to Wojnarowski...

Tyson Chandler has agreed to a deal with the Suns, league source tells Yahoo Sports.

No terms disclosed yet.

And they're bringing him into the meeting with Aldridge as part of the sales pitch.

#BOOM.

Wouldnt that be some free agency. Chandler, Knight, and Alderidge.

Savvy move by the FO. Woj reporting they just walked into the meeting with Aldridge.

I wrote it yesterday...Aldridge wants a 5 to play next to who can shoulder that defensive load. Chandler's a heavy hitter for sure and that's a lot for Aldridge to pass on now. Say what you want about Bledsoe and Knight, but if we can nab Aldridge with Chandler, things will fall into place nicely.

I can't believe we would get LMA, even after this. If we do, my hat is off to the FO.

That seems pretty reasonable. I honestly am concerned about that 4th year, but it could be a lot worse.

There's no way to sign Knight, give Chandler $13M/yr and sign LMA to $18 with Bledsoe making what he does and the twins & Tucker on the roster. I don't get what the heck is going on.

Too much money IMO, but with Len/Chandler, we should be able to rebound and defend the paint for the 1st time since um ever?

Knights 8.5 or w/e caphold helps right?

Could be a sign and trade. If Dallas doesn't get Monroe, Aldridge or DeAndre, they're stuck.

Kind of crazy. Not sure that a center was the piece I would go for first. I really hope Len isn't relegated to playing with the twins again like when he was coming off the bench. It got really old watching them pass around him.

Tyson was avg 30 minutes a game last season. Will the team play both Len and Tyson together? I really hope they don't cut Len down to 18 a game. He was at 22 last season but that number was going to go up as he learned to deal with foul trouble.

Man just a little worried that the one young guy that wasn't buried on the bench for us just may have been buried.

It's closer to $9M but it doesn't help much when we have to fit ALL of TC's deal under the cap too. Essentially we just signed TC to all of our cap room. Unless he's a S&T and like the Morris Twins are heading out the door.

Huh.

I was initially kinda meh due to his age. You guys think he's got anything left in the tank?

I still think Len can play some PF in spots. But i could see him as part of a S+T in some way.

I'll bet you my house right now that TC doesn't average 30 min a game this year. I think it'll be more in the 25 range to keep him fresh as much as possible.

I will be seriously pissed if McD bails on Len.
