Re: Game Day: Suns (44-37) @ Thunder (64-17), Sun 4/12/26
In a mostly meaningless game, it would be nice to beat them so we could point to our regular season games against them and say, hey, we are capable of beating you guys or giving you a real challenge if we play our best. We may well face OKC if we make it to Round 1 (I think this is a likely outcome ...

Re: Suns News: Week 24 (3/30 - 4/5)
It’s just the price tag for me. I’m sure I’d be unwilling to give up enough to get him…like in my dream scenario up there, you probably gotta flip Williams and Dunn for Maluach and Fleming to get Milwaukee on board and I just wouldn’t be willing to do that. Totally agreed, it would be the KD saga al ...

Re: Suns News: Week 23 (3/23-3/29)
I think he’s good now…it’s all about salary and role…if he was making half his salary and playing a 6th man role, we’d all feel great about him. Similarly, if Colin or Grayson were making 35 million a year, we’d likely be complaining about them non-stop…It’s all relative. I think you’ve nailed. And ...

I would consider that too. Actually I’d trade Allen for Beef Stew, not sure if that is even remotely realistic. But still I don’t know that I’d be in a rush to get rid of these guys. I sure hope we resign all of Williams Gillespie and Goodwin next year. Not sure what a Jalen trade could net us, but ...

Re: Around the NBA: Week 23 (3/23- 3/29)
And I think you underrated it, I’m certain I wouldn’t want to be the team stuck on the wheel selecting one year before any of the LA teams, Miami, New York and Golden State, and you can throw Chicago, Boston and any team with a non-tax fiscal regime as a next tier. Right now it’s a two-time-for-decad ...

Re: Around the NBA: Week 23 (3/23- 3/29)
And we’re seeing blatant taking advantage of the current system that’s visible every night. Is it possible you get a guy that waits a year to enter the draft? Sure, but they are costing themselves money and they can’t just force there way to any team…it’s the current #1 pick or the next years pick. ...

But that’s not true…The Wheel completely eliminates tanking…doesn’t just make it harder and less advantageous. It makes it impossible. What about convincing $$$ a prospect to stay one more year at college or abroad in order to play for the Lakers instead of Washington? The team can do it through the ...

Re: Suns News: Week 23 (3/23-3/29)
In a hypothetical scenario where the Suns have an opportunity to acquire a star-level PF (Giannis, Siakam, Banchero, etc..), they'd very likely have to part with either Fleming or Maluach. Which rookie would you prefer the Suns keep? Siakam and Giannis are on the wrong side of 30, the latter on an ...

Re: Game Day: Suns (37-27) @ Bucks (27-36), Tues 3/10/26
Hate to see a good guy on an injury report, MW probably lost a lot of money with that stress fracture injury. Will make it easier for the Suns to re-sign him, though. It has been expressed several times stress reaction, is that the same as a fracture, or they catch it on time and his foot it’s just ...

Glad they got outplayed and defeated by a team 1-12 since february. Saving it on the last minute would be disastrous long term. Team has forgotten what brought them this far and is drunk on their own koolaid. Time for Coach Ott to show what he is made of once the group is laying happy on the farm ...

Things are going good enough for them, they shouldn't risk him on average season games, but if the title greedy is too much, bring him back for the last ten games to get his legs. I like the guy and wouldn't like to see him returning one game too early

A nice mixture of both. Probably he is as well under a big amount of pressure to be the man with so many abscenses.

NSFW but man, is it funny. https://x.com/mike_daddino/status/2027242499887051002?s=20 The guy used to circled up their games against Phoenix and provided real effort, sometimes even some dominance. People could count on 4 full Ayton games a year, but yesterday was a new low, he didn't care for ...

Re: Suns News: Week 19 (2/23 - 3/1)
We were over 60% earlier, so it is not our peak. So we’re 1-3 in our last 4, including 2 games against the top 2 teams in the west. Booker played 1 of those games(and only 9 minutes) Brooks played 2(again only 7 minutes in 1) Allen played 1 Allen does not have a long term injury. Booker is out a ...

Re: Suns News: Week 19 (2/23 - 3/1)
Brooks is out 4-6 weeks, Booker at least for another week, I don’t think is wrong to use those few games as reference.
We are no longer overachieving on shooting and defense, so that 57% is our peak, not our current average play.
