Re: The Kevin Durant Problem

KAT at the 4 and Oso, Richards and a an other 5 to be anywhere close to sorting your front court out.
Does KAT do any actual defending…..at all?

Re: Suns News: Week 21 (3/10 - 3/16)

Trade them them all bar Book.
Beal’s contract is the worst ever. As is his attitude of ‘I’m alright Jack!’
KD playing Billy big balls and making us bend over for him.
Sod them both.
Get them gone.
Start again with a mindset of building a proper bloody team with real men!

Re: The Kevin Durant Problem

If he’s talking like that I’d expect less back in summer.

Either that or Ish and Jones need to grow a pair and be ruthless with him and the trade partner.

Re: NBA All-Star Weekend 2025

Awful this year.
Dunk contest, well two of the participants who could actually dunk as a small highlight but the bar overall was set so low over the whole weekend.

Re: What went wrong?

What went wrong- In no particular order, but most have a cause and effect. Cp3 on the decline - Don’t draft Halliburton Trade for a player who plays in the same position as the face of your franchise - and don’t remove his NTC so when it doesn’t work you are stuck with him. Don’t address the need for ...

Re: Post-trade-deadline OPTIMISM thread

Positives for me: Booker is still a Sun. Dunn continues to play and will grow through these current challenges. Beal continues to come off the bench. The moves we made made it easier to get under the cap next year and make other moves. The finger is no longer being pointed at the coach as it’s clear ...

Shambolic.
From top to bottom of the organisation and the roster we need a massive reset and restart.
Waste of another season.

Re: Jimmy Butler trade rumors

Are we thinking it will be Butler for Beal and a first as well as a secondary trade to get something in for Nurk and a pick?

Re: Suns News: Week 12 (1/6-1/12/25)

I knew you’d chirp up.

We were not set at centre.

Ayton needed to go. We got a good return in the trade.
We still have the better end of the deal.

But it won’t matter what anyone says.
You still have your Ayton blinkers on and will never see past it.

Re: Jimmy Butler trade rumors

Let’s see…..duplication of roles and an unbalanced team with no real fight that can’t compete without KD and is not actually that good with him. Compared to……round pegs in round holes. A much more balanced team in the starting 5. A competitive edge we sorely miss that won’t allow anyone to take night ...

This is one of the teams with size that do actually worry me. We can't seem to slow Davies down at all with any body we put on him.
Here is to a nice fast 3/4 up by 25 and let the starters sit the 4th.

Re: Big <=====3: How many regular season games together (2024-25)?

58 for the tie breaker. It will be so close to the 59-69 option as to get our hopes up that they will be spending more time on the court, only for Bud to start resting one at a time and managing minutes towards the last 1/5 of the season so they are all fresher. A summer of Olyimpic ball will catch ...

Re: Suns 24/25 Training Camp Oct 1-4

Some nice vibes coming out of training camp as usual. Excited as to what we can see on offence now we have 2 true pg’s leading a flowing O. Interesting for me is the slight pause for thoughts when players are asked about the 3 guard line up and D. That I feel will be what leads us further into the p ...
