I think the language "barrier" gets in the way sometimes. I think that he means he wants to run the team as in be the PG - not necessarily be the best on the team, or carry the team, or be the highest paid "superstar" on a team... Just MHO. I just want it to be solved to clear up...

I am sure the media firestorm at a practice is a little unsettling for everyone as well.
