Re: Game Day: Blazers (1-0) @ Suns (0-1), Fri 10/30/15

Crossing fingers. Not holding breath. I think I am going to be surprised every time they get a win this season. I think I will be real optimistic and hope for a .500 season.

Steve Nash is going into the ring of honor. Nobody suiting up for the Suns tonight will ever be there.

Re: Game Day: Mavs (0-0) @ Suns (0-0), Wed 10/28/15

Still, it's only one game. Different people have good and bad games every game. Next game maybe Booker will look like crap and our starting back court will look great and we will say they are a good fit together and maybe we made a mistake getting Booker. Last night was a great wake up call but, it ...

Re: Game Day: Mavs (0-0) @ Suns (0-0), Wed 10/28/15

Obviously we have some work to do. I intentionally avoid any Suns news the day after our last game of the year every year for the last several years. I did catch a few things like the Chandler trade, Booker, Marcus gone and a few names thrown about. I just turn on the DVR and the game starts and it'...

Re: Suns News: Week 1 10/26-11/1

Last year took the wind out of a lot of our sails. It wasn't just the record, it was the way it unfolded. We try the three PG thing with mixed results. We had a decent record going but, everybody hates it except me I guess. Too many PGs, so we get rid of the best one (Dragic) and Thomas and get two ...

Re: Obligatory Walking Dead Thread

So a group is guiding the herd of walkers away from home three episodes ago. The horn goes off, they freak out and some of them head for home while others continue on with the mission. This last episode details some of them heading for home and none of them manage to reach home in that time frame a...

Re: Suns News: Week 1 10/26-11/1

It was preseason. Tucker is an old vet now and they don't always put out 110% then compared to new guys fighting for a spot. He always brought intensity in real games IMO. Getting a DUI is bad but, it happens to a lot of people. I don't think that automatically makes him a bad guy or an alcoholic. I...

She could run on the premise of stopping the war the Republicans start. They all pretty much promised to start a war with somebody, especially Rubio.

Re: Benghazi backfire

Nice stuff. Lots of examples of Republicans being evil. I already knew the Iraq was was planned long before 9/11 and that Bush/Cheney/Rumsfeld fabricated the war, but it's nice to see the evidence. The Benghazi thing has ended up hurting the Republicans and helping Hillary. Feel bad for them.... not.

Re: Sanders plan would save at least $5 Trillion

And I think many Americans aren't willng to look at anything any other country does for guidance. Every other industrialized contry out there already has Univesal Health care and they pay half what we pay and yet we aren't willing to look at what they do as possible examples of what could work becau...

Re: Sanders plan would save at least $5 Trillion

Maybe contradictory to you Ghost, not to me. Voting for the person who will do the most good. Bernie isn't going to do much good if he isn't President. If it comes down to the election and Bernie is polling at 1% of the vote and I vote for him anyway because I think his ideas are best and Hillary lo...

Re: Sanders plan would save at least $5 Trillion

I pick the candidate that I think will do the most good. I think all Republicans will do harm and Democrats less harm, so they get my vote. Between Hillary and Bernie, I like Bernie's views and ideas best. I will pull for him but, if I vote for Hillary it will be to ensure Republicans don't win, not...
