Re: Suns hire Mike Budenholzer as head coach

It is still baffling that Bud was a dead man walking in Milwaukee the year the Suns faced them in the finals, and winning it all is the only thing that bought him more time there. I know they felt the franchise was underachieving with him, but I never thought he was the problem. And Milwaukee still...

Re: 2024 Suns General Offseason News

Eubanks’ defense was worse than I thought it would be and he’s not a good defensive rebounder. He just doesn’t have a good feel for the game. It’s not about getting him the ball late in the clock, it’s about getting him the ball where he has to make decisions on the fly. He’s limited to catching an...

https://www.twitter.com/ryb_311/status/1790935550272389126?s=42&t=ROf4IjhneNCgfwbiOLKJFA I agree that the pairing isn't optimal, but I am also rolling my eyes at Garland. With Mitchell out of the lineup in Game 5, Garland stunk. So any "him or me" convos should be met with laughter. I...

Re: Suns Fire Frank Vogel

President of basketball operations and general manager James Jones explained why the move to fire Vogel was about timing. He also ultimately laid blame on Vogel, because he saw “inconsistency in our competitive nature.” As in, the coaching change was as simple as reaching its players, the Big Three...

My dad moved us when I was around 3. Very cool Split!
I've always thought you guys were winners and had a lot to show but your highs are much more numerous than your lows.

Re: Suns hire Mike Budenholzer as head coach

I just started watching. First thing is everybody mispronouncing his name (it's bud like from a flower or Budweiser) including McCoy and Jones (the only people other than Bud to talk so far.) It was cool to see Mike worship McCoy. ETA: I may have been led astray. Bud himself pronounced it the way w...

Re: Suns hire Mike Budenholzer as head coach

Vogel seemed like an emotionless robot in his presser, what a total 180. I am cautiously optimistic, I do believe this team will be better, probably not a finals contender because of how top heavy it is, but the talent will be better utilized. That's all I want at this point. I want to enjoy watchi...

Alrighty then! Good to have that answered. Now we can get back to Cleveland trade scenarios where we magically acquire Garland.

I know it's the offseason for us, but pondering trades between the Suns and Cavs is an even higher level of pointlessness than the typical trade banter.
Cool. Thanks for pointing that out. I'm sure it will have a big impact on future posts.

Threes are really important to Bud's offensive philosophy. He's going to work with the team on that understanding and execution. That and pace and pressure defensively.

Are all libs pedophiles and domestic abusers that were attacking a kid? Rittenhouse isn't a murder, he was found not guilty and was using self-defense.
That’s laughable. I saw what he was doing. He was roaming the streets looking for trouble. He came from far away to jump in the fray.
