I'm with you, I'd rather have Hollis-Jefferson than Johnson. Just get a great shooting coach, and he will be a fine pro.

He's no stiff. He's a cross of Nowitzki and AK47, but like everyone he does have bust potential. I think it's a lot less though with him.

With all the reports of Sacramento possibly trading Cousins, how about they trade Bledsoe, Tucker, the Morri, and #13 for #4 and Cousins? Ok, that's crazy talk and a dream scenario.

IMO, Bledsoe for Mudiay is less risky, because I see Mudiay's floor as a little below what Bledsoe offers right now. He can become the 6'5" Bledsoe, which makes having Knight as your backcourt mate much easier.

Yeah, trading for Bledsoe was a no brainer. Trading Bledsoe for a draft pick would take some balls, especially if you are trading away another asset too.

I like Porzingis a lot, but he has bust potential too. How much better is he than Kaminsky? I would like to see the front court loaded, then build from there.

Given that he's been in the league for 4 years and with the Suns for 2 years, he is probably pretty close to his ceiling. Hard to say when he's only played 30+mpg twice and one of those years (last year) he lost half the season to injury. Players get better by playing, last year was the first time ...

There is going to be a lot of risk aversion with him being a white american center. Not a lot of those ever panned out, unfortunately for him. IMO, too much affluenza in the US for those players. He might be the exception though.

I've liked Kaminsky since I first saw him last year. I would agree with your assessment, and I wouldn't be upset if he's the Suns pick.

I do think giving up the #13 along with Bledsoe is a bit too much.

Each draft has to be evaluated for the talent available at the time that it happened. I believe that there are more than 4 high level players in this draft, that will be better than Bledsoe, but that's just my opinion. Other drafts, such as last 5 years, I wouldn't have said that.

I feel like the trade rumors with Bledsoe are just rumors. They have been generated by Suns fans, as wishful thinking, and the media is reporting them as actually happening because they have nothing else to report.

At this moment, I feel like the Suns chances are going to keep the pick at 65%, trade it away 30%, and trade up at 5%.
