Re: 2025 NBA Offseason News

What about make the dunk contest like the high jump - keep raising the hoop and see who can jam it through the highest however they like?

Re: 2025 NBA Playoffs

Bucks need a replacement star scoring guard. For the right price, we consider letting them have Bradley Beal.

Re: 2025 Suns Offeason News

Ishbia isn’t even the worst of the Suns two most recent owners so as others have said it is at best a highly exaggerated take.
If nothing else, Ishbia has done a lot of good stuff investing in facilities, G League team etc.which take him out of the ‘worst ever owner’ conversation.

Depressing, mainly because it’s accurate.

On the Thunder side, I just really like Chet. My dream KD trade would be KD for Chet and a pick. Sign me up. He'd be a great #2 next to Booker. I think this OKC team is built for a deep playoff run and will win the title this year. Also, OKC has a lot of players named "Williams" and I got confused ...

I've not been impressed by Budenholzer. Hard to imagine someone else doing a worse job as head coach next season.

The person responsible for Bradley Beal should've been fired yesterday.
Ishbia isn’t going to fire himself!

Re: NBA Over/Under Competition

For what it’s worth here are my late entries. I think injuries are going to play a big part this year and having depth to cover. (Also late season shenanigans will come into play for many teams positioning for draft picks) west New Orleans 49.5 under lock ✅ easy win on this one. Sacramento 46.5 und ...

Jokic finishes with 61 points, 11 rebounds, 10 assists With Denver leading 139-138 in the second OT, Westbrook missed a layup attempt with 9 seconds remaining when he could have dribbled out the clock, and then fouled Nickeil Alexander-Walker as he shot a 3-pointer at the buzzer, and Alexander ...

The Athletic rightly called out the Suns’ attitude - do they even care? - in this piece: https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/6243576/2025/03/31/phoenix-suns-embarrassing-loss/ PHOENIX — The truth might hide itself at this level, maybe for a stretch or two, but it’s always there, hidden in a cloud, wait ...

With Dunn, his ceiling is as high as his shooting allows it to be. He needs to get dramatically better at that to be mentioned in the same conversation as Kawhi etc
But his D, motor and general smarts will make him a handy player regardless.

As we head into the home strait of the final - which is very, very much up for grabs still - just wanted to give a massive shoutout to FF for running the league again this season. My first time in an auction draft and it’s been a real fun challenge. I know it’s a fair time commitment to run a league, ...

I haven’t seen any of the game but just checked the box score late in the first. It is clear this is Bol Bol’s team now and we are going as far as he can take us this season.
