I think the take of "Suns are struggling because they didn't keep Frye" is way oversimplified. That's what I am hearing from people like Bill Simmons who aren't really watching the team and are just looking for a quick reason to pin our struggles on. Frye hasn't exactly been tearing it up...

I think losing Frye was really the big change for us this season.
I wouldn't pay what he's making in Orlando, but we really need a stretch 4 with size and a reliable 3 point shot. It hurts to watch Plumlee running high pick and rolls and the defense doubling Dragic/Bledsoe without punishment.

I don't get why the players association never opposed this number of back to backs.

In any soccer league, players are not allowed to play for another 48 hours after a game.
I think it would improve a lot the quality of the games if the back to backs were drastically reduced.
