Re: Suns News: September

I wouldn't argue too hard either way. I see them as similar.

Re: Suns News: September

Not exactly. They also got rid of Gilliam, who was a turnstyle on defense. Rambis wasn't that great, its just amazing how much a little bit of defense makes. Rambis was also an effective rebounder and knew how to start the break. Gilliam would rebound but then hold the ball till everything cleared....

Re: Comedy help

Hard for me to judge as a stand alone joke and not seeing it performed. Also if it has a call back later too. Honestly I would say it is an average joke you would see at a comedy club on the weekends in Phoenix. But don't take that bad. Most people have to spend 5-10 years doing standup just to get ...

Re: Eric Bledsoe agrees to 5 year, 70 Million Contract Exten

We could have done this much earlier. Not really. Reportedly, Bledsoe and his agent wouldn't come off their max contract demand and weren't willing to even talk. Should have let him take his god damned QO and let him walk the fuck away. No way should this fuck get rewarded with SHIT. But no one has...

Although most 20 year olds are in college (or don't have jobs that require resumes). That might be something to go to there.

What's an "on chapter"? Better than off, I guess.

never seen an episode but always hear good things. Do you watch it? If so, do you recommend it?

Re: Eric Bledsoe [RFA]

Or we realize that this deal will look pretty good once the TV contract sets in and it will be a great player at a very reasonable rate.

I am always an optimist.

That is both good perspective, and sickening!

Can you put in minimum games played clauses? I'm sure you can, but is it ever really done?

Re: Eric Bledsoe [RFA]

But Mori had a good point about the cap going way up soon, so it shouldn't be too bad if he plays at the same level as last year (when healthy).

Oh my god--too many flashbacks to KJ when adding "when healthy" to that post... and KJ is my favorite Sun ever.

Re: Eric Bledsoe [RFA]

No options! That is crazy. I can't believe it.

I know this isn't going out very far on a limb (if at all), but there is no way he finishes that contract here.

Re: Eric Bledsoe [RFA]

That's a fair take. I am more concerned that we can't have 25-30 million locked up in 2 PGs (assuming we sign Goran to a similar deal next year).

My bad--That was his first year in Miami. I skipped one year. He was 44.4% his 2nd year here in the playoffs. Sorry about that.

Re: Eric Bledsoe [RFA]

Wow JC, you really love you some Bledsoe, don't you? I'm glad you and Xylus are going to get what you wanted. You don't want him on the team at all, or just not at that price? And did the feeling change from end of the season to now? It's been pretty clear since shortly into this past season that I...

Re: Suns News: September

That wasn't baiting. Those were his PHX numbers. Just under 41%, actually. A little higher than his career (which is just over 40%). I know we had many a discussion about this in the past. Again, not baiting; just stating facts. :P Okey doke - how's about stating his clutch numbers, then? Not sure ...
