Aren't you blowing this a bit out of proportion? Don't we have 4 guys 20 or younger? So we don't have 5, we are still doing alright in that department.

Like I've said before, it's not that I have to have x number of rookies at any given time, or that I need x number of players under xx age. I just want a GM that is willing and capable of making the most of the resources given to him. I don't think a mandate against 3 rookies is consistent with that criteria. If that's blowing things out of proportion, then I guess guilty as charged.
