Shit, you're right - Blanks didn't slide in until off-season 2011. Boy, did that sumbitch suck.....jkalldaway wrote:Swing, that was a Babby fix, not Blanks.

And then his final move was to get rid of Lopez just when he was finally starting to get good.
Who knows though. Maybe he needed a change of scenery to wake up.

He just needed to get his back healed and his lower body strength back. He still isn't what Kerr projected him to be though.Superbone wrote:And then his final move was to get rid of Lopez just when he was finally starting to get good.

Yeah - twice.Superbone wrote:Who knows though. Maybe he needed a change of scenery to wake up.
I really did have high hopes that breaking a practice court door wasn't going to end up being the strongest impact he made while he was here.....

Trendon Watford. Please and thank you.

That's too bad. The Wiz look like a scary team in the East if healthy. I know it's bad for a shooter to hurt his wrist, but wrists typically heal 100% back to where they were, right? It's not nearly as bad as injuring a leg, I assume.

I hope so. IT2 is recovering from wrist surgery. He looks good so far.Mori Chu wrote:That's too bad. The Wiz look like a scary team in the East if healthy. Apparently LBJ set a screen for Norris Cole against his own teammate when the Cavs played the Heat tonight.

I am eager to see Westbrook then.
And yes, we need to start on fire.

Re: Around the League: October
Durant carried the Thunder when Westbrook was out last year. It'll be interesting to see if Westbrook can do the same this year, especially considering there's a lot of people who think Westbrook is the better player.

What's a Jones fracture?
Re: Around the League: October
What? Who on earth thinks that? All I ever see is Durant & LBJ mentioned in the same breath. Then somewhere way down the line Westbrook is mentioned.
