Mettle.

Biggest takeaway from tonight's game is that the Suns had an answer for just about every Mavs attack. And Marcus' dagger 3 after looking so indecisive most of the night was huge in more ways than one.

Love seeing the 27 assists as well (Dragic with 13 to go with 28 points).

On the flip, we saw the knucklehead in Gerald Green re-emerge a bit in the 2nd half. But, at least he gave us 15 with 2 steals in 25 minutes before fouling out. And, speaking of knuckleheads, how's about Plumlee trying to jump over Chandler to try to get to Ellis 6 feet away to block a jumper? I'd rather choose to laugh at him.

But, again - mettle. I kept waiting for a rash of turnovers at just the wrong time to give Dallas life - didn't happen. Awesome that the team kept its composure.

And something's wrong with Nowitzki - be it his back or age (or both), I've never seen him plod like he did tonight.

I didn't think we would win this one. Are we turning the corner? What happens when IT comes back, will Dragic go right back into his shell? Are the 2 even related at all?
Go Suns!

We looked much more active defensively on our rotations..We also looked like we were out and running much faster, must like last year.

What it did was make up for the magic win. But its nice because I think there is a good chance if we compete for a playoff spot, it will be with Dallas for the last one.

Good luck, coach!
Thanks g. We lost by 6, but we lost to the same team by 26 last yr. Moral victories at this level...

Suns were 13-26 from behind the arc; Mavs were only 4-19.

Suns starting forwards combined for 32 pts and 17 boards; Mavs had 25 and 7.

Suns bench outscored Mavs: 32-28.
Window is open again ... blue skies ahead?

Great win to go into Dallas and beat the formerly 15-5 Mavericks!

Like you Swing, I kept thinking Dallas was going to crawl back into it but the Suns had an answer every time.

Would anyone disagree with this statement....Markieff Morris has been our best and most consistent player this season.

Dudes contract is going to look nice if he keeps putting up these numbers

Feel good win last night! Kieff has been pretty consistent this year. They showed alot of heart and energy last night. Definitely no complaints.

Agreed. Not spectacular but Kieff has been a rock offensively.

Is IT coming back? Or is he sitting on the sideline avoiding injury and waiting for Dec. 15?

Thomas missed his fifth consecutive Suns game Friday night but still hopes that his ankle improves enough to play Saturday night at Houston. He had recent improvement that allowed him to play in four-on-four scrimmaging Thursday in Phoenix, but he said he tweaked it again while driving to the rim.
