Game Day: Suns (44-31) @ Blazers (49-27) , Fri 4/4/14
Time: 10:00 PM ET (7:00 PM Pacific/Arizona)
Place: Moda Center, Portland, OR
TV: FSAZ, NBALP
Two teams going in opposite directions. Portland has won four in a row and we dropped our last two. It's not looking good for the Suns' postseason chances after Dallas's win over the Clippers and our loss to the Clippers. Either way, I'm still proud of this team. Let the chips fall where they may.
Go Suns!!!

Absolute must win for our PO chances, tough road game and LMA is back. Suns should be fired up after shitting the bed against the Clips, especially Dragic and Bledsoe. We've played PDX tough but we look outta gas, I'd like to think the Suns get up for this game, but I won't be surprised if we lose.

So 7 games left, how many do you think we need to make the playoffs? I think 5 gets us in, maybe 4 if 2 of those wins are against the mavs and grizz.

This is officially crap week.
Sunday, we lose to the Lakers.
Wednesday, we carry a 13-point lead into the fourth quarter before losing to the Clippers.
Friday, my dog dies and I don't give a fuck about the Blazers game.

Let it be noted for the record that I do not make any prediction about who is going to win this game. But every remaining game is important if we actually want to make the playoffs.

51-54 Blazers up at the half, ugh. I really hope we comeback stronger in the second half, it is like we just stop giving a fuck when we have a nice lead.

Man this place is dead. I guess everyone is out watching Captain America tonight.

Another poor shooting night for Dragic. Hopefully he can turn things around in the second half.

Nice turnaround by the Suns. From being down 80-75 to being up 92-85. Gerald Green being the x-factor once again.

Bledsoe with 30 big points, Gerald Green with 32.

I know +/- is kind of a stupid stat, but Mo Williams had a -29 for Portland tonight. Ouch!

Gotta give it up to the Suns - they fought back and sealed the deal, to boot. And on the road, no less.
Green was just sick tonight. Gonna be tough to give Bledsoe much less than the max if he closes the season like this. And when's the last time the Suns have even sniffed near 60 boards?
But, Memphis won in Denver and Dallas is up on the Lakers with Nick Young just now leaving with injury.....

He's been banged up for weeks, now - the grind is taking its toll.....TheOriginalOriginal wrote:Dragic where have you gone?

I'd like to see us when Bledsoe and Dragic are both consistently playing well. Defo a good win though, sorely needed.
Re: Game Day: Suns (44-31) @ Blazers (49-27) , Fri 4/4/14
Yeah I know, the last few games he's been off, 19pts on 19 shots tonight, very un-Dragic. I blame his "beard."SwingMan wrote:He's been banged up for weeks, now - the grind is taking its toll.....TheOriginalOriginal wrote:Dragic where have you gone?
