Was this the quietest 28/8/6 series on 52/46/96 shooting? .677 TS% for KD

He just gets his stuff so easily and it still seemed like he struggled at times. Like he could’ve done so much better.
None of it was really in the flow of the offense, it all seemed so clunky. Here's hoping they learned somethings about getting him involved.

A lot of us have said it for years now, but Ty Lue is a really difficult to coach to deal with. His team is always exceptionally prepared and they fight for him. The Suns had a massive talent advantage once Kawhi went out with the knee injury, but those other guys kept playing hard and making the Suns earn it. I have a ton of respect for all of them except for one guy that I'm sure you're familiar with.
Yes, Ty Lue is a great coach. I think he out schemed us most of the series but our two stars were simply better. I worry about Monty sometimes. His ATOs have been particularly terrible the last 2 years. You kind of need to be at least serviceable in that department
Go Suns!

Cam Payne came back and it barely merited a word here in the thread. He basically did nothing. Didn't seem quite ready for prime time yet; looked a little lost. I hope he can get his mojo back for the next series.
He played closer to his DNP games than his average game when playing. I hope he can become useful again.

I'll tell you. That third quarter was something to behold. I was giddy with Book's play. That shot he made on the left side floating to his left was amazing.

This shows all his non-FT points:

Ya he just darted through the defense, got to his spot and drilled a very tough shot. He was so phenomenal.

Has there ever been a player who has always needed someone up his ass constantly? If he weren't so talented he'd be sitting on the bench.

I get tired of him needing someone up his ass. I get tired of his quotes, especially how Durant has shown him what hard work is like and inspired him or whatever. Like Booker working his ass off season after season hasn't shown him anything?
What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton

Plumlee literally had his arm locked up, how is he supposed to grab the rebound? https://www.nba.com/stats/events?CFID=& ... 20Def%3A2)

I promised I wouldn't criticize Monty until the next round if we won this series in 5, so...

See what happens when you play Shamet in crunch time? You win the game and the series! :D
