DA and Payne for Turner, McConnell and Nwora works.....just sayin'.
And we would then have traded away every single teammate of Devin Booker's from the Finals team within 24 months. Under a GM criticized for his obsession with continuity.
Torrey will make his way back eventually.

I don't know. I think we're deeper now. I don't see him coming back.

I’ve been mostly MIA the last week(on vacation), did I miss anything? No Bol Bol yet?

For all the wishful Bol Bol believers out there...

If our group of sickos can't whip Bol Bol into shape then there is no hope for him.

I really wanted Bamba to be good back in the draft. I bought into the hype about his intelligence and work ethic.

The hate on the Ayton pick is intense. Can you imagine if McDonough had picked Bamba number one overall? They did have him in for a workout lol.

I'm really not that crazy about the idea of having either one of those guys doing "prove it" as 8th or 9th men on the team. They're both low-IQ, low-defense, me-first types that feel like bad fits.
Yeah, definitely in a low usage role perhaps? Oubre or Wood on a minimum deal operating off the bench in supplementary situations perhaps. But definitely not as starters or in a significant role given what they've currently shown. ;)

Jones will probably trade Cam Payne and a 2nd (acquired in the Memphis trade) for him? Or some combination of players and a 2nd? To complete letting him go and then reacquiring him via trade for the 3rd time.

I'd call it frustration more than hate but yeah.

That was a magical regular season, man. We were routinely blowing out teams and it was the first year of seven seconds or less. I remember blowing out the Heat with Shaq in the first quarter that season. I remember something like scoring 50 points in the first quarter.

I can't prove this, but I really think the Suns would have taken Bagley had they picked #2. So... it could have been worse.
