Does Reaves receive the same whistle if he’s not playing for the Lakers?
Not related to your question, but in all honesty I just have to know haha, are you more of a Warriors or a Phoenix Suns fan?
That’s a difficult question lol. I was born and raised in San Jose but I have lived here in AZ most of my life (been here since I was 12 back in 2002, to be exact). I guess you could say I am more devoted to the Suns right now because they’re local and this is the only board I post on lol. Also, come playoff time I would prefer to see the Suns go all the way but would certainly not be upset if the Warriors were to win another.
So, if the Warriors and Phoenix Suns were to meet up in the playoffs...
Whatever the outcome is, I’ll be happy lol.
But I would probably go for the Suns because I want to see this franchise win its first. Warriors have been dominant the last 8+ years, it’s Phoenix’s time in the sun.
I know a lot of you guys don't want to admit it, but Austin Reaves is really good and quite a bit better than Greyson Allen.
I don’t think many disagree. He’s better than Allen…just closer to Allen than he is to Beal
That was the point I was making as well. There were still some who seemed to say that he's not better than a rotation player.
Above average rotation player, but in no way a marquee name, neither a FIBA championship rotation player. This very same discussion were always happening around Caruso… DURING his laker tenure, he is a second thought player nowadays.
Only saw the last half of the second quarter but KD looked really good (I’d be happy enough if he called it a night from here). LeBron also looked very good. If he and Davis stay healthy they are going to be tough this season. It is obviously a very big if.
Interested to see which depth players will put their hands up in the second half.

Nash earned many a player a payday. LeBron is no different in that respect. Reaves is no Ginobli. He's like a decent 3rd wheel and a really good 4th guy in your starting 5. So I can see how you'd compare Allen to him because I feel the same way about his value.
I think Reaves is developing into a solid 3rd guy. Last year was his breakout, we’ll see if he continues it. He was 17/3/5 after the all star break…17/4.5/4.5 in the playoffs.
