I've been experimenting a lot with fasting since the end of last year. I could definitely see it be an issue fasting before a game. That's a lot of energy to expend without food. I've been working out fasted but they're short workouts but I can definitely get a little light headed.

And, btw, OKC failed the trust fall exercise.
