Damn. That's a lot of money for Reggie Jackson.

uard crop. In 27 games after the Oklahoma City Thunder traded him to Detroit in February, Jackson averaged 17.6 points, 9.2 assists and 4.7 rebounds.
An even smaller sample size than Bledsoe's. I didn't realize he averaged so many assists. I hope he lives up to the deal.

Going from Jordan to Plumlee is a massive downgrade.
the clippers team is loaded with smallball talent. they dont need plumlee to do anything on offense other than dunk. and he's a decent rebounder and shotblocker. he'd be a nice placeholder until they get another big.

Supposedly they're looking at Javale McGee. If he's got his head on straight (big IF), he could at least provide some shotblocking and athleticism at the 5 spot. Amar'e's in the mix too but the dropoff defensively would be huge. McGee could be low-risk high reward if he's in a winning situation with a good coach and vets to keep him in check.

Yeah, but, the problem is that they'll probably give Javale like $14m/year. I am really concerned about that Clipper roster now. They don't have a lot of talent or youth left. CP3 and Blake are great, but there's almost nothing left around them now. I think that team has peaked and is now on the decline. Too bad.

Um, let's not forget they have Lance Stephenson now.

That's impossible. They only have part of the MLE and I believe the room exception left. So a couple $2M deals basically.

The only good thing I can say about Reggie is that at least he averaged a bunch of assists. Bledsoe and Knight still haven't proven that they're even capable of that.

he did that for 27 games. he has not proven anything

for his career he's sitting at 3.6 per game

From what I've heard/read, he wasn't loved in the OKC lockerroom. Might've been the situation he was in, but he was regarded as high maintenance and pouty.

Quite a feat on that Pistons team.

I think that was probably frustration with his role.

I would prefer to have Brandon Knight as my point guard. Unfortunately, he doesn't play point guard anymore, at least not here.

I would never choose to have Eric Bledsoe as my point guard. But that's hardly breaking news.
