I really don't care about the sound bites. The same old sports cliche answers.

This is what I'm interested in seeing. He just needs to play the young guys and let the tank just happen naturally. As long as we stay in the bottom 5 I will be happy.

I just hope they please, please don't give him a long-term deal this season under any circumstances. Shop for the best available coach this offseason.

I was actually pretty impressed with his performance. But only the court can tell.

Time for the Suns to put up or shut up. I don't envy Watson. It ain't gonna be easy.

Ignore what they say at these press conferences. They talk about "staying competitive" while rebuilding; they spout the same old cliched crap. They have to say a lot of that stuff for the press and the naive fans. All that matters is what they do.

This is true also. I feel like every coach we've had since D'Antoni always try to talk about fixing the Suns defense in all of their opening pressers and yet every single one of those coaches have come up short.

Didn't see the presser or hear the interview so apologies in advance but did Watson speak out Knight or Bledsoe at all? Bledsoe I could see not being talked about because he's out for the year, but Knight?

I don't think Gentry falls into that category. He's the only one to have the spine to keep Amare on the bench in the fourth quarter in favor of Lopez's defense and nastiness. Gentry at least tried to walk the talk.
