Game Day: Suns (17-37) @ Rockets (39-17), Sat 2/11/17
Time: 7:00 pm AZ (6:00 pm PT / 9:00 pm ET)
Place: Toyota Center, Houston, TX
TV: FSAZ/NBALP
All eyes will be on us tonight. Wait, sorry. That would be GSW vs. OKC. Anyhoo, Suns are without Chandler and Bledsoe so it should be a developmental night for our team. I expect more Big Sauce and a good dose of Ulis.
Go Suns!!!

Would love to see Chriss have a solid game. Houston doesn't really have a scoring big that draws fouls, so hopefully he can stay out of foul trouble. Hopefully Knight can regain some confidence with the start today, maybe start building back up his trade value.

No Bledsoe, no Chandler, no reason Harden can't put up 50 and 15 if he wants. Matching up against Brandon Knight, with no rim protection behind him?

Only 3 more games to go.

This will be one of those games where PJ decides to tangle up with the pick setter instead of fighting through the screen. Then throw his hands up in the air while Harden beats our bigs.
If PJ tries to play solid defense on Harden he will just be in foul trouble all night. Harden is too quick and gets way too many calls for PJ to be able to deal with him.

I'm looking forward to this one. Having some of our vets sitting out will give other guys a chance to shine. Hopefully. I don't expect us to keep up with Houston offensively, but I just want to see some of the younglings get numbers and move the ball around.
Worst-case scenario tonight: Brandon Knight gets 40 minutes and chucks us to a 20+ point loss.

If you're worried about lowering his trade value, I doubt it's possible.Marty [Mori Chu] wrote:Worst-case scenario tonight: Brandon Knight gets 40 minutes and chucks us to a 20+ point loss.

I'm not sure things are going to work out with this here Knight guy.

Some solid defense out there by the Suns.

The best part is watching Watson on the side line "deep in thought."

What is smallball? I play basketball. I'm not a regular big man. I can switch from the center to the guards. The game is evolving. I'd be dominAyton if the WNBA would let me in. - Ayton

It's a turnstile out there on defense for us.

Ulis with a nice fastbreak and pass to Dudley. It is amazing to see a PG actually pass the ball.

For the record, I would rather get blown out like this EVERY game as long as guys like Warren, Ulis, Chriss, and Len get big minutes.

Dudley is the type of vet you want with a young team. I really hope we move on from PJ and let Dudley teach these young guys.
