You're right, I read it as $32M when I copied and pasted it. This is probably slightly good news for fans of re-signing Frye.

some teams must overpay to keep or retain players. players in canada have to pay high taxes unlike say playing in texas or florida.

And to the 12-year-old Spencer Hawes, apparently

On choosing Clippers, Spencer Hawes tells Yahoo that he asked himself: "What would my 12 year-old self have done?" http://yhoo.it/1o8KjiY

Hawes' timing couldn't be worse though. He probably would have gotten along really well with Donald Sterling, lol.

Wasn't the joke about sharing the decision-making process of a 12 years old?

I guess Hawes doesn't like Obama, and Sterling is a racist, so a joke about the two of them getting along implies that Hawes, also is racist, due to his political beliefs, which is a leap and an assumption.

Guys, come on. I'm sure Spencer Hawes was a racist before he even knew who Obama was. ;)

I am not trying to favor or bury any particular political opinion here, but as I said a day or two ago, let's give it a rest with the political stuff in these NBA threads. Go post about it in the General area all you want. We already saw that chart about "worst presidents," and we don't need to call out Spencer Hawes on his politics, and we don't need to ask other posters if they liked Obama or W. Bush. It never ends well and I just don't want to read that stuff in these threads that are supposed to be about the NBA offseason.
