It doesn't matter that it was just a frustration foul. You can't let players just lose control and take an angry swipe at anything in their way. You could seriously do some damage to a player. What if he had broken Payne's nose?

A lot of guys get frustrated, but that can't enter into consideration. And they've tried to legislate intent out of it too.

Yeah I knew that was a flagrant 2 the moment I saw the replay. I have no idea what Reggie Miller was so confused about.
